I recently had a flat and needed to get a new tube and tire. Searching for a local bike shop, I came across Trek Bicycle. I was able to bring my bike in and the guaranteed I would have it back the next day. They also helped me decide to go "tubeless", something I had never considered before. All of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. After getting the new tires, I decided to take the bike back for a full tune-up. It had been more than a year since the last tune-up. When I received the bike back, it was like getting the bike again for the first time. It was immaculate. And you can always tell how smooth the ride is after getting it back from a tune-up. What else can be said other than they do amazing work, it's easy to get your bike in and they are pretty good at getting the bike back to you as quickly as possible. I can't recommend this shop highly enough for the quality of the work they perform and the great staff working here.

We met in a parking lot on Wimberly, where she explained all the ins and outs of the bikes and the google map that would be our guides. We had all day to make our tour what we wanted it to be. It was round trip around 12 miles. We loved the scenery and the stops and had a wonderful time exploring Wimberly! It took us about five hours and that was with a stop at a crawfish boil at Cypress Creek The bikes were in good shape and the battery lasted a lot longer than we excepted, although you do have to pedal or you will use up all your battery. We had a great time, but my only advice is that this is an advanced course! We were exhausted by the time we returned. It was totally worth it, and we're all in decent shape, but this is not a leisurely ride. There are pretty decent hills and you have to be able to climb stairs to see Old Baldy and Jacobs Well. But I would totally recommend this company! The owner was awesome and it's a great experience!!

I took my bike in for a tube replacement on the back wheel because my usual shop didn't have the…read moretube I needed. My bike has a flip-flop hub, and I brought it in set up as a freewheel. I waited at the shop while the work was being done, and when the bike was returned to me, the wheel had been installed on the fixed-gear side. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the change before riding. While going downhill, I stopped pedaling expecting to coast, only to discover the bike was now in fixed gear. I lost control and crashed and got scraped up. I returned to the shop and explained what had happened. They flipped the wheel and barely uttered "Sorry about that," and I was sent on my way. While I was there the first time, another customer also brought in a wheel that had been mounted improperly. I would be cautious about having work performed here.
