They struggled with staffing and put their problems on custome service. We asked for the late charge to be removed from our bill due to the issues that had, they refused to remove the late fees. There are lots of alternatives for dumpster services. Do yourself a favor and use Sam's roll off service in Englewood. Better price and better service .
