It wasn't love for me. I ordered an arrangement online as a sympathy gift. I understand that flowers are substituted based on availability, however I wouldn't expect that pink roses would be used in a sympathy arrangement if white roses were unavailable. The greenery used is not nearly as nice as the greenery advertised, and I also don't care for the sizing of flowers, it just looked cluttered and not well put together. I did appreciate the ease of ordering online, but wouldn't recommend in the future since the online photo was vastly different than the actual product. I also appreciate that I asked for a photo to be sent so I could see the flowers and they did send me one. They also delivered same day which was important to me. First and foremost this is not a bash on the company. They are the only florist I've used more than once and will not let this one issue be the reason to change. That being said this is so future customers can have a more realistic idea of what to expect when upgrading to the "Deluxe" or "premium." As per previous reviews the ordering, and delivery time was flawless. These were ordered and upgraded to the premium to make a statement unfortunately what arrived didn't make the same statement that the pictured item would have. Honestly it seemed to be an error as the received arrangement definitely screamed basic not premium. I did reach out to the company hoping it was an error and just so they can adjust on their end for future orders in case. They confirmed this was the "premium" and did ask what they could do for me. What's done is done and I'm not looking for any freebies or to take advantage of the company. My only wish is that more realistic pictures be posted so a better decision could be made on the consumer end. read more

I did most of the ordering online which made everything simple, but I had to contact the location with some questions on the size of the vase and the flower choices since I knew some of the flowers on the website was not in season. What a disaster ... I went to their shop and ordered a bouquet, boutonnières and corsages for a wedding. While at their shop, we went over price, color, and other details. I left happy with the service because it seemed like they knew what they were doing. I had told them I was picking it up Friday before they closed because the flowers need to stay in the fridge and I did t want to bring them home in a 100 degree weather. On Friday the day before the wedding, I called at 3 to confirm that they would have my order ready by 4:30, I was told they close at 5. The girl I spoke with seemed like she had no idea what I was talking about, after a couple of minutes on hold she tells me to pick it up at 5 because they close at 5:30, like ok?!! I was like that's weird, why do I have the feeling they forgot about my order. So I send my cousin to go pick up my order, she looked at the flowers and thought $200 was way too much money for what I got, but since I had mentioned to her that I had told them exactly what I needed there was no need for her to call me, plus they were about to close. When she arrived to my house with the bouquet and the boutonnières and corsages, I almost cried of how bad they were. The bouquet looked nothing like the one I sent her via txt, there was no arrangement, looked like they just grabbed some flowers and put them together, I just thought, they have better flowers arrangements at stater brothers. The fact that they thought that was $100 worth of flowers on a bouquet was a slap in the face, plus it's not ok to send their client something totally different to what they order, that's unacceptable. And another $100 for the boutonnières and corsages?! These were not even regular size roses, there were the small ones. Good thing I had time to complain to the owner and get a new one made right on time. I still didn't get what I ordered but at least it looked more like a wedding bouquet. To the owner, if you can't make something, be honest from the start, don't think it's ok to send something similar or something that you think looks similarity what someone orders, it's all about customer service. You could have said, I can't make something like that, but I can make something like this, and give them examples of the work you have already done, not something from a magazine or internet pictures, and if the client decides to continue and order from you then that's on them not you because you showed them what you can do. Also, in the boutonnières and the corsages, some of the flower edges were yellow, the flowers were white so that yellow from being 2 wks old were very noticeable. read more
