My former facial spa place closed down and had no where to purchase my Lira Clinical products. I went on Lira Clinical's website and saw that Infinity Aesthetics was relatively close by and also sold Lira Clinical products. I decided to give them a try so I made my first order to curb side pick-up. I had no issues at all with this order. The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics. Due to the last phone interaction with who ever that staff member was, I decided not to schedule any type of facial procedure here, now that my schedule finally opened up some. It's a shame since I was looking forward to trying them out. I'm sure they do excellent work.

My experience was; they had the pharmaceutical company sends me the hormones to my home, (at least 6 Months worth) but I was instructed to hand it over to the office. And because I wasn't seeing results, I didn't want to pay another $750 just for 3 months (VIP fee) So, they cut me off VIP and kept the hormones I paid for. While on the hormones, my energy level plummeted, I started to experience cystic acne. And I have never had acne before in my life. After I got off the hormones, I got very painful acne on my scalp. I saw a doctor, and he said it was due to the hormonal imbalance created by getting on and off Hormones. I did the program as instructed, even added HCG along with it, but had zero positive results. Another thing.. I called the office to discuss extreme fatigue, and the acne several times and they never answered the phone. I left messages, and never got a call back. I always had to drive all the way there to talk to office staff. -Yelp, if I need to reword this - I'll be happy to. When I asked them to email to confirm they had cancelled all accounts in either of our names they said they weren't capable but they could give me a cancellation number again. This was the third month in a row I called them. I told them a cancellation number has no accountability. I was told they would refund the 6 months they had charged ($239.70) We'll see how that goes. The texts were odd, like the person wasn't comprehending my answers or was too busy multitasking to give it some thought. I gave the address not once but twice. Another time I tried to give available times for me and they never got back to me- yes or no? Now I'm waiting for someone to call me about the labs, but for a week now the "system has been down" and they can't access them. Overall I think the higher administration is a mess, but the nurses on the ground are good.
