I have been in so much pain over the course of 10 years. 5 car accidents, head injury, shoulder pain, neck and back pain from sitting at a desk for numerous years and my body has been through a few things, its worn out from soreness and injury. I have tried TPI shots, cortisone shots, massages, other chiropractors, even doctors saying I need my neck fused together so the pain would go away, thank the Lord I never did that. During the end of month 1, I had excruciating pain and I thought my original pain was coming back. I needed an emergency appointment. I was able to get in and they could tell I was in bad shape. About 4 hours after my appointment I was feeling better. The next day was even better. No doctor or whoever I went to was ever able to relieve my pain that quickly. But Dr. G did. The transparency that Dr. G and team provide is amazing. Dr. Robb the owner and the entire staff review each patient every day to ensure a successful recovery. They hand held me through the process. I called for four consecutive days, multiple times each day, without receiving a call back. On the fourth day, I received a call after hours, only to be told they were going to put me back on a medication that didn't work well for me. I was out of medication for four days, which was an unprecedented situation for me. I'm 29 and suffer from chronic interstitial cystitis. It was incredibly frustrating to call multiple times a day, only to be told, "We will send a message," but nothing was done. I was informed it would take too long to resolve my issue, and if I didn't like it, I could find a new doctor because Dr. Joel wasn't going to help me. I was asking for an alternative to a medication that my insurance denied, one that Dr. Joel had suggested and prescribed. There have been multiple instances that Dr. Joel is unaware of, and it's unfortunate that he is getting only one side of the story from his staff. I encourage you to check your recorded calls and speak to your patient care coordinators, who actively tried to assist me. You left me feeling stranded, and for what? Because I was upset that nothing was being done and that I was without medication, suffering from sleepless nights? This treatment is cruel, and I have never felt so crushed before. I trusted your team, and I feel completely treated unfairly. I will be filing a consumer complaint and have proof of multiple instances where my care was not handled appropriately--not by Dr. Joel, but by the front office staff. Dr. Joel, I wish you could hear my side of the story. Whatever was said to you to make you believe I was a threat to your office is not true; I was desperately trying to get help. They fight for me with insurance, and my needs- which are insane and numerous as a "sensitive type 1 diabetic" for 25 years next week. They have had to fight for the correct insulin to be covered, for my CGMs, for my insulin pump supplies which seem to just need constant new prescriptions... they all do all they can, and deserve endless praise. They quality of care is better here than any other doctor's office I've ever attended, and with MANY other medical issues, including my spine, neurological system, many, MANY muscles- all of that- they have continued to work with me through it all- and certainly never once threatened to discharge me as a patient as someone else mentioned, so if that were to occur, at least right now, I feel would only happen in an extreme circumstance. Joel, aka Dr Salter, is excellent with treatment- both physical and pharmaceutical- he has prescribed me opiate pain medication, a reasonable dosage given my spine is messed up, and clearly needs it- many doctors will not prescribe them despite the obvious need- that alone shows he will do the right thing even when others hardly ever will- that's a big deal for me. I recommend this place over every other local clinic- which I have almost certainly been to, as it took me many years to get to Joel- I was lucky enough that we had a mutual friend, and finally I had someone prescribing what treatment, physical and pharmaceutical, that I truly needed :-) 5/5 and more if I could give it.

I was told that I have stage 2 kidney damage, have parasites from dog, am low on pretty much everything they tested, and that at my stage I'm at now, I likely wouldn't be able to support a fetus in my body for about 6 months unless I take the supplements I'm recommended to take. After hearing the results, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the supplements. They recommended I take $1200 worth and that's only a 3 month supply... I took time to think about it even though I was terrified that I'm falling apart on the inside. I work in the medical industry and immediately made a call to get a second opinion. I took her my lab results (she didn't even recognize that lab) and she concluded that the only thing I was actually low on was testosterone.. all of my levels were normal and she had no clue where Julie got her scales. She wrote me a script for 1/4 the cost that Julie was going to charge me. My curiosity was sparked so I looked at the supplements and quickly found that the supplements on the list I was given initially were extremely inflated in price. They don't take insurance so it is an all cash profit, which should have been my first indicator that something was off. After all of this, I didn't even get my blood type which was one thing I really wanted to know... this business uses scare tactics to push people to buy their supplements... Go at your own risk!
