I personally haven't been seen but these doctors but by the sound of these other reviews it's horrible. I had an appointment set up for 10am on 11/23/18, on thanksgiving I get a call verifying my appointment for Monday the 26th. That's not what I was told over the phone. I broke my ankle and STILL have yet to have it casted. This place was suppose to be an easy I. Cause my doctors are booked until February. However; I tried calling the morning of my appointment on the 23rd and was on hold for an hour with no answer. I called shortly after 8am, the opening time. No answer. Extremely poor reception. It would be ZERO but that's not an option, I have had to call each of the last 6 weeks to try and get a cortisone shot for my knee, received one in May, in a lot of pain but because I travel for work & this place is tooooooo busy I cannot get in. To the point where I raised my voice and was told "my file has been mocked"?? Seriously!! They have now refused to see me, neither Dr Davidson or his assistant has contacted me, the office manager finally got on the phone & stated she just heard about my complaint last Friday, I have called for 6 plus weeks. Would also give zero stars. This place is horrible. Over crowded and they care little for patients. Be prepared to wait over 2 hours for your appointment. Your time means nothing here. Doctors take orders from the nurses. My nurse ordered my xrays and got the doctors okay after the fact. When I asked why, I was told it was standard procedure. Standard insurance fraud, you mean. I finally see the doctor almost two hours after my scheduled appointment. She orders an MRI but after insurance won't cover it due to how the doctor documented it, I never hear back from these yahoos for follow up. There is no reason a foot doctor needs to make patients wait two hours beyond scheduled time. It's rude and inefficient. It's not a case of them spending quality time with patients since my doctor was gone after 5 mins. Apparently this place billed my insurance and I had an amount left over. Whatever. I'll pay it. However, what this sh!t place does is send you a FIRST bill and a nasty letter telling you that your account is in arrears and they will turn you over to collections. How can I be in arrears for something I haven't been billed for before? What I did get (on the same day) was my FIRST bill for my portion of the visit along with a nasty letter about my account being in arrears. How can I be in arrears for something you haven't billed me for before? Ridiculous. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust these surgeons to cut my lawn. Avoid this office. read more

Dr Sanders did both of my knees. The procedure, care and recovery went so well my husband asked Dr. Sanders to do his,too. We were both up and about in no time. A year later and my knees act as if nothing was ever wrong! The staff was fabulous. Very helpful and considerate. Highly recommend Dr. Sanders for all of your orthopaedic needs. Ps. DO NOT GO HERE. You could die. Seriously. Staff thought I was someone else when I first walked in, insisted I was this person rudely. Idiots. While filling out my paperwork one of the staff started talking to her coworker about how she got this man and his sons paperwork mixed up. The coworker took over the phone call and proceeded to give some arrogant & rude excuse as to why the man would have to come in so they could get the paperwork fixed, as if it wasn't their fault. Talked to the doctor about how I might have a UTI; and a broken bone. Doctor basically convinced me not to worry about getting checked for the UTI, cause "when you got to go, you got to go." Was his professional advice. Turns out, I had a UTI after he pushed me not to get checked for it. He received my X-ray for my hand. Didn't see anything, told me "it's not broke". No extra guidance, no explanation or referral to another place to look into it. Just a flat out, "it's not broke". It's been 9 months and I still get excruciating pain in my finger if it is moved in a particular way. I went in a later date to get my blood results, they staff handed me a set of papers with absolutely no information on my blood test. I almost left before noticing. Went back in, an she looked at me like I was the dumb one. Then became panicked and made up some shitty off the cuff excuse about the printer. Then followed up by telling me she's, "never seen this before and idk what happened". Pitiful excuses for the fact that THEY DO NOT READ WHAT THEY BLINDLY HAND OUT OR PASS AROUND. Not only have I witnessed them 3 times, fuck up paperwork in the two extremely short visits I made there. One being mine. But when I went in to get my fixed paperwork. I guess the staff decided it was more important to finish her casual conversation with here daughter while I stood in front of the desk for about 30 seconds waiting for her to hang up. With no acknowledgment over the fact I stood about 1 foot in front of her at the desk while she sat their and avoided eye contact. The entire time dealing with the staff and doctor, they probably reiterated 5-6 times about how they want me to pay. They are on it when it comes to making sure they get their payments. The doctor got his credentials off a cereal box, and they obviously all get high on their own supply. I wouldn't even consider the idiots inside this building as being in management of it. Everyone here are the most incompetent people I've ever seen in my life. It would be hard for me to believe that these people haven't caused tremendous pain & suffering to patients that fell victim to their absolute ignorance. The staff and doctor in this building need to be investigated & fixed or replaced. People are held accountable for not paying for services they inquire. These people should be held accountable for providing tremendously terrible & false service. I wouldn't even consider my encounters with them a service. I feel more like I got bent over, paid them, then got told to leave. read more

I have attempted to call their phone number to get an appointment numerous times during the last week, and each time have been put on hold for over 20 minutes waiting without being able to speak to someone. I have now totally given up. No messaging or email info is available on the website either. How absolutely frustrating! It's amazing that this situation exists. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The doctor and staff at Canyon Ortho are not at all interested in assisting patients. I was a victim of a serious attack and was seen by emergency services. Emergency services listed Canyon Ortho and Dr. Morris as the facility and Doctor I should seek follow up care with. The first call I had speaking with Lydia of the office was difficult. She was completely uninterested in my situation and I frequently had to restate the little information as a victim, that I had from my discharge paperwork and personal retelling. I gave my information including the names of doctors I had seen in the ER and was informed I would be contacted if the doctor would see me as a cash patient. I just received a final call from Lydia. The reckless disorganization of the office became apparent when she informed me Dr. Morris would not see me based on inaccurate information that I am the patient of a doctor that I have never heard of or ever seen before, despite the fact I provided the office with the exact names of doctors that did actual treat me. Canyon Ortho refuses to assist me based on inaccuracies and severe lack of due diligence from their own staff and doctor. Perhaps Lydia mixed up my paperwork with someone else's? I will make a serious point to urge others not to ever use Canyon Orthopaedic Surgeons. Their incompetency and treatment of potential patients is completely unacceptable. read more

First time here to see Dr. Ganesh. New patients must arrive 30 minutes early, so I arrived at 2:15, but was not seen until 3:45. No Wi-fi for us peasants, only the doctors! Guess they can't afford it? The office requires a 4 day advance notice for prescription re-fills. I found Dr. Ganesh to be professional and on point. I suspect that most patients are not seen in a timely manner, based on my experience and all of the other Yelp reviews. If you are on a tight schedule, find another orthopedist. read more

Dr. Davidson worked with me for two knee replacement surgeries within one year. He is the best! Knowledgeable, professional and caring. My goal was to be back playing the sports I love and I am doing it better than before my surgeries. I even hiked on a Glacier in Alaska this summer. To bad Yelp won't let you give zero stars. I dislocated my hip and was seen by Dr. Ganesh in the hospital, I went in for a follow up and he was horrible. HORRIBLE!! He spent the entire appointment telling me I was fat... He didn't even want to hear that I had already lost 180lbs, or that during my hip replacement the Dr. made several mistakes to include paralyzing my foot during surgery. I was so in shock I walked out, made another appointment and took my husband so I could be sure I wasn't being over sensitive. He did the same thing, and then quoted a bunch of numbers about his percentage of successful surgeries and how he didn't want patients that would skew his % for infection etc. My husband was so made he finally look at the Dr. and said, You are the biggest @$$ we've ever met and are leaving. So if you want to be berated, treated like a number, talked down too, and have zero confidence in his ability as a Dr. in General then this would be the guy for you. Personally I think he might have accidentally found a medical degree in a cracker jack box because that's how he acted. read more

The surgeons here do a good job. My review is about the front desk for the physical therapy. I was there at 3:45pm, 15 minutes early just like they requested. I sat there for 30 minutes as the only one in the waiting room for my daughters physical therapy. Nobody thought to ask if I had an appointment or looked at the sign on sheet to see that we checked in. They were too busy socializing rather than working. As we got up to leave they called us. I don't have time to be wasted and didn't have time to fill out the paperwork 30 minutes later. I was there early for that. Not to mention that someone that had an appointment after us went in way before us. From my experience if you dont have time to wait for them to feel like working and have other things in your life to do. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, THE SERVICE IS LAME AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS I APOLOGIZE I DIDNT KNOW YOU HAD AN APPOINTMENT. IF THEY WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE SIGN IN SHEET THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN. Canyon Orthopedics physical therapy is the best! I have gone for physical therapy for a torn calf muscle and a frozen shoulder (separate incidents) and I also recommended my son after knee surgery. We love the office staff. They are friendly and professional. Dr. Sanders was great. He listened to me, assessed my needs and recommended the best care for recovery. My physical therapist Marc was phenomenal. He cares about his clients. He is professional and helps you reach your therapy goals at your pace. The doctor was great. Very friendly. He was good at explaining what was wrong and how he wanted to treat it. The problem is the front office staff and specifically the physical therapy side. The front desk staff is indifferent and unhelpful. The person scheduling PT is also unhelpful. The first time I was supposed to schedule PT, she told me she was too busy to do it while I was standing there, so she would call back. She never called me back. After my second visit with the doctor, she did schedule an initial appt for PT. I was a bit late because their parking lot is so small I couldn't find a spot until I had circled the building for 15 minutes. The front desk gave me grief for being late, but begrudgingly did my appointment. When I finally got a second appointment, I had to cancel the day before because I had to stay home with a sick kid. I only got their voice mail, but said I would miss the appointment and asked for a call back to reschedule. I never got called back, so I never went back. I like the doctor. The location is very convenient for me. But the support staff are deal breakers. read more

Dr. Chou is phenomenal. I'd say he's comparable to the world renowned doctors my husband saw in Maryland. He listened and gave me options along with pros and cons of each option. If i could zero stars, i would do so for Dr. Ganesh at the Avondale office. He is the WORST doctor ever. NO manners what so ever ... BEYOND rude, in a rush, unprofessional and did not want to explain anything nor answer any questions we had for him (I was there to be a support/translate for my mother who doesn't speak much English and is in really bad pain) We left office on tears of how frustrated we wore that a doctor could be so rude and inhuman with how he explained everything and how bad of an attitude and tone he had with us. Never have I experience such rudeness and unprofessionalism from anyone and did not expect it coming from a doctor. they are the best doctors for your repairs and tears. From there you go to the physical therapy group. Now they bend you, push you, pull you and make you better. Double check with your insurance to see if things are covered and do not take the staffs word for it. I was left with a bill of $2,350 after they told me my insurance would cover the procedure. Let me start by saying the doctor was great. Very friendly and informative. I wish I could choose a zero for the rating! My problems are with the rest of the office. I went in for first visit and had X-rays. X-ray tech was in a huge rush. He offered me no lead apron or protection, just took the X-rays. Had me to lie down for one X-ray and because I didn't move fast enough for him, he grabbed my leg and started moving it where he wanted it. Hello?? Knee injury?? Pain?? He didn't care. Dr discussed waiting two weeks to see if knee was any better and if not would order an MRI. I called back almost three weeks later to ask for MRI. Left messages on several phones. Almost a week later MRI was ordered. Now weeks after, I still have no idea what is wrong with my knee. I have called many times. Voicemail for the nurse states she is in clinic 3 days a week. She mentions if you need assistance enter extension 2000. I have never heard back from that extension and I have left multiple messages. She also says to press 9 for immediate assistance and a secretary will help you. What secretary? The phone lines will not recognize that as an option. I spent a lot of money on the MRI and for what at this point?? I've never had this experience with a medical office before. Not to mention I had to drive to Avondale to get in quicker. read more

You are dealing with people bodies their health and to be treated by this place is a mistake with 2 ACL surgeries you would think the staff (not the doctor) but the staff who's Job is to set up appointments they are not doctors they have a very simple job and are beyond incompetent my best friend who has only seen this doctor got into a car accident just a month after her second ACL surgery and just wanted the only doctor who has done her knee care to look It over because It was bothering her this staff refused It took having to speak to a supervisor whom still did not apologize for the stress this all took 2 days and supervisors to just set up a check up. A simple check up that not just that but being spoken to in an under minding way and raising their voice and putting her down this place is pitiful the staff is useless the doctor is better off with rats as receptionist. read more

Worst place ever. I Saw Dr. Chou for a 2nd time about my left pinky finger. I fell on it and hyper extended it. It was pointing in the opposite direction before I tapped it back into socket. Xray reveals damaged fractured finger. I have had pain now for three months and Dr. Chou doesn't want to have surgery on me because he says I have a mild case of arthritis. I told him I'm in pain and he still refuses to have a surgery on me. Went elsewhere to get the surgery I need done. Don't waste your time here. Long waits to see Doctors and very rude staff who doesn't welcome you with a smile. read more

I made my FIRST appointment with Dr. Parisa Morris 6 weeks ago for a consultation for my right ankle. I have had 5 prior surgeries on the right ankle so I cannot drive. My son had to take a half day off from work to take me. I filled out ALL the paperwork (which I printed online from their website) and had my prior x-rays, MRI's and all paperwork TOTALLY COMPLETED. According to the "reminder text" - which I replied to confirming my 1:15 pm appointment for today, I REPLIED for my 1:15 pm appointment. I arrived at 1:00 pm, had to wait because two people were at the front desk and when I got to the front desk to give them my insurance card and co-pay with ALL the paperwork completely filled out, I was informed that "Angelica" (Dr. Morris' medical assistant) was "on a strict schedule and because "I did not arrive 30 minutes prior to my 1:15 pm appointment", they could not see me. This is absolutely the FIRST TIME this has EVER HAPPENED TO ME. First of all I have NEVER BEEN LATE to ANY APPOINTMENT FOR A DOCTOR OR DENTIST AND this was so unexpected. I will NEVER go back to this group. My son spent 1/2 day of a vacation day to take me and all because "Angelica" was on a strict schedule. Let me ask you: How many times have you arrived 30 minutes or less to a doctor's appointment and STILL HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 30 MINUTES AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME TO EVEN GET IN. I have never seen any doctor on time. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. AWFUL STAFF. Dr. Sanders is the most rude Doctor we've ever dealt with, and his staff is the same. My fiancé has had awful pain (we think carpal tunnel or arthritis) and has been trying so hard to get the ball rolling on treatment. He FINALLY gets an appointment, and Dr. Sanders says he can tell there's a problem just by feeling his elbow and wrist. So he sends my boyfriend to get the MRI, and says will call when the results are in, around 3-5 days. So we never hear back. A week and a half goes by and my boyfriend finally calls them back, and they say "oh yea, we have those". And then they say they can't tell him over the phone and needs to set up an appointment. So they do that (annoying but whatever). Then a DAY before the long awaited appointment (couldn't get in for another 2 weeks or so), the most rude nurse I've ever even heard of calls and says he can't be seen because "the referral has expired" so they would call his doctor and get the referral and move forward. Well, we never got that call back. So we went to call and leave a message to cancel the appointment in the morning, since we didn't get the call back with the referral like we were promised, and an even MORE RUDE nurse answers and says we absolutely cannot leave a message, and she says "ummmm you can't do that, you have to call back at 8 in the morning." So we are going to get charged for a cancellation fee for cancelling an appointment that we only knew we needed because WE Called back after waiting for a call that never came, and that we can't even get because they took so long to call back with the results that the referral expired. And on top of all that, everyone we've encountered there has been beyond rude and uncaring. This place is out for your money and only that. Appointment after appointment, unnecessary visits, "coincidences" like our situation. Oh and on top of all of THAT, the Dr. prescribed him tramadol, which my boyfriend is allergic to. So when he told the Dr he couldn't take that, Dr. Sanders told him that the only other thing is narcotics and my boyfriend said that's fine, I'm not allergic to those. So then Dr. Sanders told my boyfriend that if he wants narcotics then that means he is addicted and has a dependency on drugs, and refused to prescribe them. THIS PLACE IS A MONEY-HUNGRY, RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL JOKE. And some of us aren't Dr. FRAUDS who can afford to spend money on unnecessary visits to people who don't even care about us. read more

I was referred to this office by Cigna for knee pain. Set an appointment, went to appointment, checked in and sat in waiting room for 1 hour waiting to fill out paperwork. Discovered that they had set my file off to the side accidentally. Allocated 1.5 hrs away from work. When I miss an appointment accidentally or am late, the doctors office will enforce minimum payment of co-pay when I screw up. What happens when the office screws up? This front office is incompetent and waste peoples time. And all they can offer is .....I'm Sorry. Who pays my salary when I miss time for a doctors appointment that doesn't happen? Called Primary Care physician for another referral to another Ortho office. read more
