We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is in a refinished building and is just cuter than a basket of basset hound puppies! The room was really well done and spacious, with a nice sized kitchenette and a smaller but clean bath. Hanging out in this room was a pleasure due to it's size, as it didn't feel cramped at all. Did I mention it's super cute? This would be a great hotel to stay in for your wedding night. We met the person running the joint, I don't know if he was the owner or not but he was very friendly and helpful as he showed us the room. Extra towels and sundries are available in a hall cabinet and their wifi is crazy fast. The only reason they didn't get five starts from me is because our bed in room 6 was so soft that we just sank through the mattress and after two nights there our backs were killing us. If you like a soft mattress than this is the place for you. If you love really quaint hotels located directly off the main street than this place it for you. If you prefer a firmer mattress than you may need to give this place a pass. I swear though that if the bed was better I'd live here in a heartbeat given the opportunity. read more

Rooms are well laid out and nicely appointed with plenty of space for your suitcases and clothing. Nice big kitchen. The whole place was very clean, the bed and pillows were luxurious. Washer and dryer if you need it. Easy walking access to all Bisbee activities. It's not staffed but if you need anything they're a phone call away. Highly recommend this hotel! read more

Love Bisbee and this was our first stay at Canyon Rose. We were able to get a late check in - which was super convenient! Room was exactly as described! Clean! Heater worked perfectly! There are window AC units which will be awesome on hot summer days. It was super close walking distance to the Gulch! I hope to stay again next time we go to visit! Quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious. That would be enough to satisfy most guest needs. What's nice is that they go the extra mile with little things like the complimentary bottle of wine in the room as well as other little niceties. A few dollars more than some of the other hotels, but for what you get in return including a suite with a full kitchen, this is well worth it. read more

What a pleasant surprise! This was our first trip to Bisbee. From everything that I had read, this is an old town and all of the hotels will be old ones. Sometimes when you go to old establishments, they are not the best. NOT THE CASE HERE! We were contacted by the Mgr when our rooms were available, ahead of the normal check-in time. We had three rooms of their five rooms. Each was fantastic. They kept the original charm of the building in the floors and tiles, but added all of the things you will need in a stay - nice size TV, eating area, kitchen with all the "stuff" you might need, sitting chair, full bathroom. Everything was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was everything you could need down to a picture of cold water in the fridge. I was so pleasantly surprised and REALLY enjoyed my stay. This is in addition to a super cool town with a great vibe. We will be back. read more

Canyon Rose.... greated with the cutest real live "phone" to call front "desk" person. Perfect location. within walking distance to EVERYTHING in downtown Bisbee. Walked to steps outside and bought all my holiday gifts and great stuff/t-shirts/ purse and many original art work from the locals. Met some colorful, fun locals... always an event on the weekend. We went during the week so walking and eating and shopping was less crowded than weekends. If you are going for a special weekend event... think Pride Weekend... be sure to reserve in advance. Soooo.....used Yelp to find this spot. Was in town with my GF for the weekend. Such a great out of the way hotel! Centrally located. Clean. Good size room and it had that old town feel to it. If you are doing a weekend getaway use Canyon Rose Suites. They will get you a dozen roses AND rose petals on the bed. Win win! Do not use your GPS to find this one. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, located in a great spot in Bisbee close to restaurants and shopping all within a short walk. This would be my first choice to stay in Bisbee unless you want to experience some of the ghost haunts of the area. I just cannot say enough about the Canyon Rose or its manager, Sean. He was extremely helpful, recommending great places to see and to eat. I've never stayed at a hotel where I felt more welcomed or more at home. It was like we were the only guests there! We stayed in Suite 4 which was lovely...very clean and very much like a small apartment. Full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bath and bedrooms were all perfect sized for our stay. It was very clean, had plenty of fluffy towels and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay - including coffee and popcorn! The Canyon Rose is in a turn of the century building with tons of history and beautiful architecture, just like a lot of places in Bisbee...it has the charms of an old building with the amenities of a modern hotel. It is also a very nice, quiet place - very nice if you are looking for an escape! Walk across the street to some of the best coffee, shopping and sites in Bisbee! We just checked out after a wonderful weekend at the Canyon Rose Suites. We stayed in Room 8 which is a very spacious suite. There is a full kitchen, library, and a dining room table that seats eight. It has a very comfortable king sized bed downstairs and a queen sized bed in the very private loft. I think the sofa pulls out, too. The bathroom is huge with a double vanity and walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and silverware and everything you'd need to cook some meals in your room. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Before we checked out, we made reservations for the same room next year! read more

This place was such a great find! We had planned a quick overnight trip to Bisbee and after searching the net I finally decided on Canyon Rose Suites. We were not disappointed! We arrived late afternoon after a little struggle locating it (it is tucked off the main road along one way streets), but we were greeted by a very friendly young man in the lobby. Following a quick check-in we were escorted upstairs to our room where we were shown "honor system" snacks available for guests, everything in our room, an easy access to the parking lot, movies available for guests and a private explanation (while walking down the street) of local restaurants, etc. Our room was old and dated (it IS after all an old building), but exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need. Our bed was large, but a bit soft...that's all I can think of as a negative. A wonderful place to stay with a very caring staff. read more

Gave me suggestions to what to see, and where to go. He was the best. The room was huge, and very comfortable. Within a couple of steps from a coffeeshop, and some great steaks. Stayed one night based on reviews on trip advisor and the manager was friendly walking us through the room, honor system snacks and quiet hours. He vouched for the quietness of the hotel but was honest that the noise outside he couldn't vouch for. There was a band literally outside in the street and it felt like it was inside our room. I booked a room here for myself and two friends over the weekend and we were so impressed I cant wait to stay here again. The Manager that checked me in on the first day was so nice and so helpful. I was there early and he even walked me up to my room and took the time to point out all of the neat perks to staying there. Let me start with the room....located in the Allen Building on Subway Street you have these beautiful old windows that are almost floor to ceiling. There was a large kitchen in the suite with all of the dishes and coffee and utensils we could ever need. There was even popcorn =) The bed was super comfortable and even the sofa bed was nice to sleep on! They have a little snack bar in the hall with a cash box, they leave it there and base the sales on the honor system =) They also had a very large selection of movies and a coin operated washer and dryer, laundry soap and fabric softener provided. The parking is nice if there are spaces open and its a very short walk to EVERYTHING including brewery gulch. We will definitely be staying here again. read more

When looking for a place to stay, this was one of the only places available and we were so happy with it! The location is great and the accommodations are amazing! The manager is so friendly and willing to help. We were so impressed with the size of the room and all the amenities. There is a full kitchen and they even keep a Brita water pitcher in the refrigerator! We cannot wait to stay here again and even come back with family. I absolutely adore the Canyon Rose Suites. The suites are located in a quiet nook in Bisbee with plenty of parking. Sean, the hotel manager, was very hospitable and personally walked us to our room (room 6). The room was absolutely adorable--spacious, kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, sink, and bar. The fridge even had a little Brita pitcher in the fridge waiting for us! There was even a little bag of popcorn on top of the microwave if we wanted it. The cupboard had glasses, plates and utensils available for cooking and eating. There was a comfortable bed, lounge chair, TV and DVD player, and large, beautiful windows. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. What I loved about the windows is that you don't see/hear people or cars and you still get plenty of sunshine. The hotel was wonderfully quiet. You didn't hear people in the halls, in their rooms, or slamming their doors. The suites also have sodas/waters/chips/snacks available in the hallways via an "honor system", which is convenient if you don't want to go to the bar or a grocery store for a quick snack. All in all, it felt like we were the only ones there and we loved it because we don't like crowds or noise. I would (and do!) highly recommend the Canyon Rose Suites to all of our friends and family and to anyone who made read this. This places offer a comfortable "home away from home" that is convenient in location, quiet, private, and wonderfully comfortable. read more
