It's a corporate run and money oriented business. Management is given bonuses for cutting cost including staff.

The rehab staff is excellent. All of the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Food could be better but we have found we fill in for that as well. All starches and no protein no fresh vegetables. One time it was spoiled. Fruit is always from the can. Ask the residence, what they want to drink? Instead of always serving Kool-Aid! The staff shouldn't have to apologies about the bad food they delivered every day and every meal! The room is depressing looking. The furnishings are old and dark. If I hadn't moved him to this Beehive he probably wouldn't have lasted another 2 days. He arrived to his private room at the Beehive in the mid afternoon and by dinner time he was actually eating homemade soup and 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich. This was amazing to all because he had pretty much stopped eating prior to arriving. My brother constantly raved about Betty's home cooking. The staff was very attentive to my brother with all of his needs such as bathing, changing his brief promptly and making sure he had everything he needed. The entire place including residents rooms and common areas were kept clean and spotless at all time. There was never any odors as it always smelled clean and fresh. I really want to thank everyone at Beehive, Jayne, Sarah, Barbara, Betty and all the staff their that made my brother feel so special with their kindness and above and beyond care. I give much credit to the Beehive and my brother's physical therapist for my brother being able to no longer need hospice after only 4 months at Beehive and be able to move to a new assisted living where he has his own apartment and takes care of himself now. It is extremely rare that anyone graduates hospice. Thank you Beehive!

Such as Stephanie, Tammy, Dorothy & more. Unfortunately, nurse Glen, pharmacy supervisor Zarish, doctors, and administrators are diabolical narcissists in charge of your care & meds. Unbeknownst to you, unless your loved one is knowledgeable, coherent, checks, & is vocal, your loved one may be slowly killed because they cut life sustaining meds cold turkey, or the dose such as your Prednisone from 32 mg to 15 mg, knowing you will go into a severe Adrenal Crisis if tapered or miss a dose. Although given instructions by the hospital not to taper, they tapered me drastically, the Fri & Saturday stopped giving me prednisone & other meds all together. They gave me only night meds in the morning and night, which cause sleepiness and drowsiness.
