I read online reviews of different brands and preferred a NordicTrack. Delivery and especially assembly was a priority. Searching online I discovered New Life Cardio. The prices were much lower than what we had seen. I did look at their Yelp reviews since selling "unboxed" items you really did not know if you may get scammed. The reviews were positive and since their warehouse was only 30 minutes from our home we went to see how legitimate the business was. Jeffrey was our salesperson and he helped us decide on the Nordictrack 1750. We researched it as being a great machine and they had a few so we were sold. They had a special going on where you get a ProForm exercise bicycle if you get a 1750 so that was a nice plus. Jeffrey had us mark the machine we thoroughly investigated so we would be receiving the one we liked. When we got the delivery...it was not the machine I had written my name on. I got a hold of the owner (Michael) and he was very contrite and said he would make good on our machine...if they could not find the one we marked he would build a new one for us. The delivery man (Damien) was on our side as well and he said he would make sure we would get a machine we would be happy with. Today Damien and Gabriel delivered a new 1750 and we are very happy with how everything turned out. I HIGHLY recommend New Life Cardio Equipment. They really provide good customer service.

Quick update…read more Since my first review, NLC has moved to a new location on Main Street. This location is bigger, cleaner and has easier street parking. Inventory also has changed to include new cardio machines that are unboxed and already built They have a wide selection of cardio equipment and pricing is very good. Within the last month, my office has purchased a NordicTrack commercial bike and a NordicTrack RW 900 rower from the shop. The first purchase was made in person. The second purchase was made over the telephone. Both transactions were relatively easy. Both items were delivered with white glove delivery. Delivery was outstanding. Delivery was made by a third-party vendor. Damien made both deliveries. Once with Alex and once with Gabriel. Delivery was made on time and in a professional manner. The delivery team was friendly and helpful.. The one-star deduction was for two issues. 1. During the first purchase, I was quoted a white glove delivery fee for a certain amount and overcharged by $16 which was not reversed out as promised. 2. Regarding the second purchase, I am still awaiting my receipt which I've requested emailed to me three times.

Once Kevin identified a potential fit, we went down to the warehouse, tested it out in person, and left with an order placed, water bottles from their company, and big smiles on our faces.
