Not a professional business. The lady that works there is nice but she needs help. I've used this business a few times to support Carson business but I'm done. My 3rd time ordering tables and chairs here and my order is never ready when I come to pick it up. You have to basically get everything yourself. The hours of operation is random and payment is only cash. Meanwhile customers out getting their own supplies sometime she's really busy to help and there's a man in the back watching tv. Ordered 10 chairs from this place for an intimate dinner party and the chairs were very dirty and really old but made them work out. Picked up on a Saturday and I forgot to ask when drop off was and my brother who picked them up was not told anything about drop of either. From Sunday-Thursday I called, texted, and left voicemails asking when I need to drop off but never got a response but I see she read my messages. By Thursday I finally got a response back from the lady saying she was at the shop around almost 5pm I asked her what the latest she was going to be there because since late notice for my brother to drop off (I do not live out there anymore) she said she doesn't know and for us to just text her when ready and loading up. I than asked since last minute what's her schedule Friday she said she doesn't know her schedule I said please let me know time frame early so I can get him to come by and I just want to make sure I am not being charged extra since I've been calling and texting since Sunday and no response until now. After that message I seen she read it but never wrote back. Come Friday had same situation where she'd text too late letting us know she's there and than started texting saying she will charge extra cause she needed the chairs for another customer now I told her how is she going to charge when she never answered at all and doesn't even know her schedule she than tried saying she told me drop off was Sunday and she waited all day but we never showed up I said please show me or tell me when you told us drop off was Sunday because I have text messages and call logs on Sunday to you asking to please let me know when I can drop off without any kind of response or anything contact at all. She didn't answer that and tried saying she doesn't have a schedule set due to Corona and than said something about letting her customers sleep in and not have to worry about bringing them in early. I reiterated to her that I've tried multiple times to contact her with written and verbal proof of it and not once heard from her until Thursday even though my messages from Sunday forward showed she read them all. I was so frustrated she tried saying she was going to charge extra and than she just said drop them off Saturday. I had no care or intention to keep her 10 chairs and I do understand it can get busy with other parties and things but what got me mad was when she lied about telling us Sunday drop off and than tried saying she will charge us the extra very unprofessional on her part no customer should go through these many issues to try and give someone there product back. read more

DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I ordered 40 chairs and 3 tables and was quoted $42, when the delivery was made the day before my event the delivery man tried to charge me $87!! I immediately called this woman, she said $45 was the standard delivery charge and even though her house is 3 miles from mine it could have been more. She never mentioned an outrageous delivery charge when I placed the order. She offered me a $5 discount and said "you didn't hear me right". I refused to be robbed by paying more for delivery then for the chair rental specially when I was NOT told about this ahead of time. I told her to take her chairs back. Within 5 minutes i found another company who will charge $40 for the same thing and No delivery charge. Thank God that there are still some companies who don't try to rob customers unlike this woman!!! read more

Just came here to get some balloons for my daughters graduation and a very kind lady name Rosie helped me through the entire process of picking balloons and suggestions of how to maintain them from inflating and most of all she helped me to my car to put the balloons inside!!! VERY bad customer service!! STAY AWAY... I purchased candy leis that were horribly constructed with VERY little candy. ALOT of dead empty space. When I called to complain, she basically told me that she was charging me, $1.00 for each 0.05 cent candy.. WHAT A RIP OFF! She didn't express any concern with my frustration, did not concern herself at all... I guess I should have know better, when I walked into a flower shop full of outdated, dust infested merchandise! Beware, if you purchase from this store, you may get alot lesser quality product than what you pay and expect. read more
