I bought a 10x10 tent canopy from here and I needed these specific measurements. I asked the employee multiple times if he was positive it was a 10x10 exact measurement and he told me yes. I needed a white canopy tents for the next day and to my surprise when I set it up, it was not a 10x10 exact measurement. I have other canopy tents and compared it to this one and it was short by almost a whole foot on each side. customer service would not answer my calls but i bought some gym mats for my garage and the same style i had bought was out of stock which was the pebble so unknowingly, i bought another design (the diamond) but the exact same mat, they both said they were 12 by 12 1/2 inch thick and i thought it would've fine but the don't fit together, then i sent those back and i got the tatami design and they don't fit either, like one of the mats fits but its just is slightly smaller than the pebble design and i dont know why, its not advertised that they wont fit or anything. wtf they are good mats but why don't the other designs fit together that is so stupid read more

There is no where else to write this review, so here this goes: If I could give this company zero stars I would. I contacted the company THREE times because Amazon said that the tracking info for my order from them showed that the label was created but not shipped so I needed to contact UPS. UPS said they were waiting on the product to get to them so they could ship it and to contact CAP to find out when they are going to pick it up. I contacted CAP, again, THREE TIMES. A week after the THIRD email, they said (and I am copying this word for word in regards to how terrible this grammar is): "Sorry to hear you have notthe item. Unfotunally you will need to contact the place of purchase, " That's it. Nothing further. One sentence and that's it. No help at all. I'm out 60 bucks from a dumbbell rack because you guys can't help me out any further other than telling me to contact Amazon. I recently purchased a small weight set to start some lifting to tone up some. The model I purchased was second hand but box wasn't opened still in original packaging. Upon opening I discovered the set was missing a couple of small pins needed to connect the two piece bar. I contacted them regarding my issue and made it clear this was hardly their problem but any help would be greatly appreciated. Within an hour they responded to my email asking for the set's model number. Shortly after I supplied that info they reached out again to info me parts had been ordered and would be shipped to my home with no charges. Like all the other ratings this place has zero customer service they do not call back they do not return emails and their shipping is absolute garbage. Every time I get a dumbbell it comes in a single box with no wrapping at all. So by the time it gets to me the dumbbell is hanging out of the package and it scratched up. I have returned multiple times to Amazon and I will keep doing so until I get sufficient weights for the price. When I am paying $60 plus per dumbbell I expect a perfect item. And that is not what I'm getting. Luckily I ordered it from Amazon and not the actual manufacturer I would be really screwed. The only reason I am ordering from this crap hole at all is because they have rubber around the grip and no other companies offer that that I have found. I bought a barbell from these guys off of Amazon. The product arrived in banged up packaging. I didn't really care since it's just part of a weight set and it's solid metal. However upon unboxing, it became clear that one of the collars which hold the weights in place was broken. It was missing an entire tab and the jagged exposed metal underneath not only posed a laceration hazard, the part itself was obviously compromised. I searched and tried to contact the seller through Amazon. The only way to reach them was through their direct website. I reached out to them and included my Amazon order number. We had several back and fourths during which I was only asked for more and more information. I was asked to provide them (the seller) with a receipt even though I am 100% convinced they have access to all of this. I did. Then they wanted the model number. I looked and looked on the Amazon ad again and sent them the only number that seemed like a model number. 3 days later, after I inquired again as to what was happening, they told me that isn't THEIR model number and asked for a different model number. It's been over a week. I have provided them with ample information and the only model number I could find. They don't disagree that this is their product. They just keep demanding more and more information from me. I don't know why they didn't just expedite a single replacement collar. That's all I want. I tried opening a return on Amazon just to start a dialogue with them through Amazon. I don't want to ship this monstrous thing back, I just want the broken part replaced. I reached the end of my patience with their awful customer service which consisted entirely of asking me to research more and more information about an order THEY fulfilled and a broken part that THEY shipped. This was a customer service lay-up. I just wanted what was promised and what was featured in the ad. They have failed to deliver what they promised and I am now enraged at what a nightmare they made of such a simple request. I am being held responsible for their record keeping. They are taking their own inability to ship one of their products in an intact fashion and making it my problem by asking for more and more information rather than connecting to the Amazon arm of their own business and just handling it. i would give this company negative stars if i could. 100 lb barbell set was missing one little pin that holds the two part bar together so i called them to ask for them to send a replacement part. their. customer service line asks you to leave a number for a call back but they don't call back. i tried the main number and requested connection to an operator and got a voice mail to leave a call back number. the customer service message advises faster service by contacting them by email.so i sent an email and requesting a confirmation that they received my email. no response.. i wish i had checked this dealer out on yelp before i purchased their product. read more
