(I Had winter tires installed at Hansons after having them shipped there from blackcircles.ca)…read moreI am Absolutely appalled and embarrassed by the complete and utter lack of respect / care / skill / honesty , and integrity of the service I received !! *Please note - I have spoken to the owner to try and rectify this situation, and he refuses to take any accountability whatsoever . The next time I drove following my appointment , I noticed I had 4 missing wheel bolt caps covers . I then examined each of my wheels ,and the bolt caps remaining were all damaged and cracked around the edges . Next thing I noticed was the centre caps for 2 of my wheels had also been broken. Both of them were barely on and sticking out ,and when I removed them saw that the clips that secure them to the wheel had been broken and the insides were warped . He claimed I'm a liar ,and said he is not responsible for anything broken or missing that he worked on . I can guarantee all parts prior to my service were there and not damaged . I will add that one of the tires came In with a spare ,and when surrendering over the keys and wheel lock ,the 4 wheel bolt caps belonging to that tires wheels were placed into his hands . I asked for him to replace the missing and broken parts for me , and he flat out refused . I then rightfully let him know I will be leaving a review that will accurately reflect my experience , and that I should also communicate on Facebook letting people know if they plan on going there ,to take photos of their vehicle before in case they end up in a situation like myself . Henry , I recommend you read the customer service mantra on your website and make some adjustments because you do not practice what you preach . There is no need to reply to my review unless you would like me to send you the invoice for the replacement parts. I think I've said everything that needs be be addressed . Thanks

Lost a hubcap the day after on a road trip and they're unwilling to make it right. Upon checking the rest, there was one other hubcap that wasn't totally snug. Also checked the tire pressures which should be 80 rear, 65 front and after swapping the tires they didn't bother to check the inflation. Not good at all.

The transmission flush cost $364.71. If one cannot trust the integrity of a quote then how can a customer trust the integrity of the work. Further I questioned the sanitation safety during Covid. I was assured that they ensured that the vehicle was fully cleansed prior to releasing to the customer. The mechanic drove my vehicle to the door, got out and came inside to hand me my keys. NO sanitation to steering wheel, gear shift or car door handle.

Spoke to the service department and confirmed they could service the car same day. When we dropped the vehicle off at 11:30 were re-confirmed that we need the vehicle done same day since we had to be in Sun Peaks for our family ski trip. We recently a car for 24 hours and drove the kids up the Sun peaks. 3 hours after dropping the car off we hadnt heard anything from the dealership so we called to confirm if the job was finished. To my surprise the diagnostic had been completed and the findings were "the fuel injector might be faulty but we would need to take off the manifold to confirm....." Corey the service advisor was helpful through this experience but clearly knew there was error made as it was now 3PM and the job hadnt even been diagnosed. We had to extend the rental 3 more days and rent gear since we have left everything in the truck following guidance it would be done. When I showed up to pay the 2200 bill I asked for compensation for the errors made. The service manager rejected to take anything off the bill and when I asked him to come speak with me he wouldnt leave his office to face me and discuss the issue. Save yourself the issue and go somewhere else. The service advisors are honest people but unfortunately the management at this location is only concerned with profits and not customer experience. A few days later I called for someone to look at my email. Was told it would be actioned straight away. 1 and a half weeks later still no response. I called yesterday to ask if anyone has looked at the email. Received no apology for the delays. Didn't even get told the email was there. Was asked multiple times of what tires and what sizing even though I had already said 3 times the exact model and size. Was also asked to text my email address through. Before the call ended I asked when I could expect the quote to come through and I was advised that same afternoon after a few minutes. I texted the company name, the tire model, the tire size, and the email address. It's now the afternoon of the following day and no email quotation, no text response, and no phone call. I've waited 2 weeks for a quote. Purchasing it on behalf of a company so need a pro forma invoice or quotation to proceed. I will not wait any longer and will now go elsewhere. Hoping the owner is reading this review as it lost the sale of 4 tires and a future customer.
