They will help you choose the most appropriate trailer hitch for your car or truck and will even install it! They also do spray on bed liners and carry a large variety of custom floor mats. And of course they are very well known for their great selection of truck canopies! If they don't have what you're looking for, they can bring it in within a few days. I recently moved away from the area, but will drive the extra 2 hours just to visit the Kamloops location because I know I will get the best selection and great customer service.

Went…read moreback to same location a week later to replace rear brakes and to get them to look into why the rear passenger tire was losing pressure. They literally wasted my one day off and gave me the run around. To make matters worse I don't think they even bothered to properly check the tire as today I ended up going to their Mt Paul location and got charged $40 to repair a valve on a tire that wasn't even 2 months old that one of their stores failed to fix. I should have waited and gone to Integra to get my tires done at least when they fix a tire you had purchased from them they don't charge you. So big lesson learned will never be dealing with Kal tire ever again

In October 2022,took customer's engine reciprocating assembly, (newly ground/polished crankshaft…read morefrom another machine shop,new chromoly rods and pistons etc for balancing.All parts were perfect when delivered to this shop.Doug (owner) took info and would be done in a week.Go back to pick up engine components and noticed that crankshaft journals were scratched and one rod journal had a deep gouge.The grinding to balance a NEW set of expensive chromoly rods were barbarically ground on a bench grinder with a coarse wheel instead of a proper sanding belt resulting in deep stress risers left that looked as though an eight year old was set loose on it.The pistons were damaged when poorly ground for balancing resulting in compromising the strength of the pistons. When management was contacted about damage and unacceptable workmanship, management denied all and stated that it was like that when I brought the items in,despite having the items in plain view and informing that all parts are perfect,new and for him to view the items at that time before proceeding. It has cost me another $1600 in parts and machining to correct the undertakings of this incompetent,overpriced business.I would not recommend this business any more than I would recommend parents allowing their children to play in traffic. I will be continuing to take my customers' engine machine work to Kelowna and Vancouver.

He then backed out the morning of the service and left us completely stranded. We also needed to retrieve our belongings out of our vehicle and he told us he would meet us at the yard. He then encouraged us to hop the fence and drag our suitcases over the fence because he did not feel like going to the yard to meet us. He put us in danger out of sheer laziness and complete lack of customer service. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with Brendan, he is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and screwed us over.
