I tried to use the 25% coupon for shredding services I found on the store's own website, but the manager would only allow me a 10% discount. He claimed that the site was "independent" and did not have to honor the coupon. Rather than cart 25 pounds of paper to a different store in the hope of getting the full discount, I agreed to the smaller discount. Then the clerk and I discovered that the shredder bin did not have enough room for all my paper. He told me he was not allowed to give me a refund. I left very dissatisfied with the store and its management. But I want to say that the young clerk, Jaydon, was very professional and pleasant. He did his best to stuff my papers into the bin, though even his herculean efforts were insufficient. He was clearly trying to provide me with excellent customer service. It is a shame that his manager was not supportive and put Jaydon in a bad position. Beware if you plan to use the UPS store at 777 Shoppes Blvd!

There is always parking.. and service seems quick. But, the reason for this particular review is to shout out attendant Derek who was manning the Amazon returns about a week ago. I was all over the place with trying to navigate the app and had a number of returns.. Derek was extremely pleasant and patient.. he made what could have been a nightmare, much more tolerable. Using the self service check in kiosk became my go to when there was a line. One time I did not keep my receipt from the kiosk and that was the only time a package was lost. It took a month to get reimbursed for the package, but it ended up all good in the end. I recently moved from East Brunswick and now I miss their very good service and I'm stuck with marginal Fedex offices in the Monroe Township and south Jersey areas..
