They meticulously hand wrap and package each item, what they call their "Bullet Proof" guarantee. They will offer you several different price ranges and thoroughly explain each one and the best way to send it. MBC also creates one of a kind Banners and Posters. They also make one of a kind Plaques to save a Memorable Article you want to keep, or a Diploma etc. They have an array of woods and colors to choose from. They have a Finishing Service which does Binding, Punching, Folding, and Mounting. Mailbox Business Center can help with your Passport Photos, and Faxing, Scanning, and Notarizing Services. This company is truly remarkable and very professional. From the minute you walk in, you know and feel this is no ordinary mailbox place. They know many of their customers on first name basis, and it feels more like a local community business which is definitely a plus. The owner Matt is delightful along with his entire staff. I personally have never used this particular location, but i'm a big user of this type of business in strip malls around the country. The reason i'm Posting about this store is because my sister lives in the the neighborhood, and frequents this business. She just called me in tears of joy because she was able to ship off much needed supplies to our family in Puerto Rico with the help of Matt. Now I don't know if he's the owner, but WOW he went beyond the call of duty with his outstanding customer service skills, and personal generosity. Much more convenient and faster than the local post office which is always a nightmare. I do all my shipping here whether it's for eBay or personal. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always finds the best service for the value of the items I ship which are either collectable or valuable electronic equipment. I'm in and out quickly and never had anything go wrong with a shipment. Even the selection of supplies is top notch. If I dont have an old box from Amazon they have the size I need. My wife has used them in the past for printing binders of documents so I decided to try them for a 31 1/2" x 17 1/2" vinyl banner to hang on the front of my portable DJ booth. I made transparent images for them, put them on a CD, and gave my contact information along with written directions which included the size. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I stopped by on a Friday. "We were waiting for approval." I can't approve if you don't call me. "We're so sorry. We'll rush it and get it done by Monday." After not hearing anything for another week I stopped by the next Friday. "Sorry but I didn't have a chance to call you." The banner was 31 1/2" x 15 1/2" (not 17 1/2") plus it had four grommets! I didn't ask for grommets. Regardless, they were put in the corners without aligning them. On such a small banner they looked bad. "Well, at least it didn't cost much. No more than 2 cups of Starbucks coffee. Thanks for your business!" and he shook my hand and walked away. Yeah, I paid the $16. I'll be going to Staples to have the job done right. I'm sure the place is just fine for mailing packages, etc. I just won't use them for banners or any custom work. By the way, those are direct quotes from the owner! read more
