Awesome facility. Signed up our son for his membership. Attending Monday - Friday 4pm-5pm for Strength and conditioning and boxing 5pm-7pm. He is going to get in great shape. Milo and Gus are great trainers . They really know how to get you in shape. I take the morning 6am HIIT session and since starting I have a felt more agile and had increase in strength . The training areas are updated and really is a great facility. read more

My son loves going to Cape! Coach Milo and Coach Z are doing a wonderful job of improving his speed and agility. His basketball coach is noticing a difference in his quickness. The facility is remodeled and holds a lot of fitness equipment and batting/pitching areas. There is a nice boxing section too. read more

My 8 year old daughter started attending a youth agility program here 2 months ago. Her coordination has improved significantly and her endurance has increased a lot. The best part is she loves attending because of the fun yet challenging environment. My 10 year old son also attends a class here and is always challenged through their strength and agility class. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat with expectations to give 100%. The coaches and mentors are positive and caring. I am glad to have my kids be a part of this fantastic program. I've been coming to CAPE Fitness for about 7 months now and feel a difference in my confidence level at work and general overall fitness. Milo's boxing classes at 6:00 AM are an excellent way to get the day off to a right start. He teaches you proper form, the different punches, stances, rolling, slipping - he'll put you on the bags for a few rounds while alternating with pads. You will SWEAT your a** off! On alternate days, I take Gus's DEKA Fitness/Mobility classes. 15 to 20 minutes of steady solid warm up and then 40 minutes of non-stop circuit training rotating through 10 different exercises that target different parts of your body. I find that alternating between Milo's boxing class and Gus's DEKA class works pretty much every single muscle I've got while keeping my heart rate up. The best part about CAPE fitness though it that it feels like a family. You know their names and they know your names. They are very motivational and have a great sense of humor. It's not a "bro" kind of gym. Everyone is welcome - all different ages / different body shapes / different goals. read more

After my daughter and I tried out several different bootcamps/group-training classes this is by far the best one we have been too. Coach Milo is a great motivator with a positive and friendly attitude and he pushes us to do our best but at the same time listen to our own bodies and to get 1% better each and everyday. I've known Milo for the past 6 years and I have had the privilege to have him train my daughter. I watched him take my athletically gifted daughter and make her an even better condition athlete as well as a more motivated one. Never worked out in my life before at a paid gym location because I felt uncomfortable. Went to cape fitness on a referral and have continued to come back every week. Milo made me feel very comfortable and let me learn at my own pace - which is extremely important to me. The location is in a warehouse and extremely clean, spacious and immaculate a huge plus! There is no other gym like this one!!! They have worked with my 8 year old in their speed and agility training class and I have seen such an improvement applied to the field! Coach Jason motivates the kids and pushes them to the next level. Also the adult group training classes are awesome. There are even times where you can work out at the same time while your kid is working out. The owner Milo is very professional and personable. He has really built a gym that feels like home. His coaching is like no other and everyone treats you like family. The coaches are so awesome and they really kick your butt at the same time. I love all of the staff! I started training with Coach Milo about 2-3 years ago. At that time, I was only taking classes once a week, and I could barely get through 2 sets of a 3-set half-hour session. Slowly but surely, with Milo's encouragement and enthusiasm, I developed the energy and motivation to increase my training to the maximum three times a week. He always added something new and challenging to the mix, and although I would grumble and groan, at the end of class I was grateful, energized, and looking forward to the next session. I even stopped hating Burpees (imagine that!). He always brings his A-game and inspires his athletes to do the same. I am a better and stronger person because of Coach Milo and CAPE Fitness. read more
