I've been working out here for about a month now and I am completely addicted. I love that the workouts change everyday so I'm never bored. I did spin for months before and never once got sore but there's not a week that goes by that some part of my body is not sore due to ACF. The trainers are absolutely amazing. They are really good about paying attention to how much you can handle while teaching the proper form so you don't get hurt. People there are pretty friendly and will cheer you on while you are working out. I love Arrow CF and will be a part of it for a long time :). read more

I have tried several Crossfit gyms in the area and this is hands down the best one I have been to. Whether you are just getting started or are a seasoned Crossfit athlete the coaches at Arrow Crossfit cater to your specific needs. The coaches are very friendly and accommodating to new clients and push the veterans to continue improving for their next competition. Other Crossfit gyms I've been to if you aren't competing the coaches aren't going to have anything to do with you. That doesn't happen at Arrow. The group of people here are very close and welcome new members with open arms. I felt really comfortable around everyone from my very first class. Also their prices are very competitive and are lower than many of the neighboring gyms. I highly recommend Arrow Crossfit to anyone wanting to give Crossfit a try. read more

Visited this gym on a 2 month Groupon and it was my first real crossfit experience. My Groupon was for the Basefit classes, which is a modified version of the crossfit classes. As a beginner, I thought that this was a good introduction to crossfit. They don't have a computer to display the workout or input scores, but the gym is a good size. I was there over the summer and it was VERY hot inside the gym. The workouts were challenging and the coaches were knowledgeable. read more

I have been going here for about 2 months now and the results are good. I like this place because everyone is really friendly/encouraging/helpful. It is quite empowering to be a part of. I was worried about it being intimidating because I'm not in the best shape but Kara (the owner) as well as the other trainers will scale the exercises for you to make sure you get the results. Damn! The workouts are challenging but efficient in that I never have to spend more than an hour there and I feel like it works me out more than any other gym session. read more

To begin: There are great instructors that have much to offer members of all experience levels. However my negative experience occurred when i needed to take some time off. After contacting via email (which was ignored), i had to resend the message to get a reply. At this point i was told my membership was cancelled. After another week i had money for the next month ($116) withdrawn from my account as well as another miscellaneous charge which i contacted the owner about. This email was IGNORED AGAIN! I chose to resend the email, after which i had finally received a response to stating that the charges would be looked into. After no response and 14 days of waiting i emailed again to check the progress of having the charge reversed and the miscellanies charge checked. I finally received a response. After another few emails between the owner and i explaining how her statements in previous emails contradicted each other, and that she owed money i was finally told she would return it to my account... Now ANOTHER $116 has been withdrawn. I heard others had equally negative experiences contacting the owner as well It gives me the chills to write a negative review like this, however i wish this negative experience upon nobody else. read more

Yes, regular membership is pretty expensive, but you get what you pay for: unlimited amount of classes and great trainers who teach,encourage, and motivate. I really love it!! I was looking for a different way to work out and I discovered that Arrow Crossfit is it. I really enjoy working out with everybody as a team and the staff is very close by to watch and help, correct or encourage your workout. I recently had surgery on my shoulder and the trainers are able to accomodate certain workouts that my physical therapist recommended into the workouts. I try to at least come here 3 days a week but if I can I will come even more. read more

week six and I feel amazing, it's just not the work outs, its the people, the owner Kara gives a hoot about what your goals are, Jason knows what to eat, Dena, Nick, Sean and lil Mandy know how to kick your butt while supporting you all the way through the WOD, they took me a 49 year old 340 lbs man and I can walk jog squat move weights and just simply I can breath, I walk taller (sore sometimes but taller), I cant say enough about arrow cross fit, come in give it a shot you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!!!!!!!! read more
