Seiko US didn't answer my questions in a timely manner, so I purchased two Stainless oyster bracelet and net to drop off the bracelets to have the links added I expected to drop off, wait and return weeks later. Instead, I was helped immediately, and I could not be more pleased. He took the time to adjust to my oversized wrist, did a fantastic job and was so personable.
