Where to start with this review, it's awful!…read more Let's start with appointments. Made an appointment received 4 email confirmations. When we arrived we were told "this office doesn't treat without a referral" We were told they had called for one, and they then said they called twice while I waited in the waiting room, got an answering machine and they left a message. Huh, so I dialed the same number and spoke to my doctors office manager, on the second ring, and referral all set, handed them my phone so they could get the confirmation. Maybe that's my doctor's bad, so okay. While I waited I could see into the office area via the glass window. I was surprised how clearly these people hated their jobs, hated the patients, eye rolls, nasty negative behavior, and not to me, I watched as an elderly woman said she was being taken 40 minutes after her scheduled appointment-not an apology that I witnessed. And dirty! Dirty string wallpaper that must have been hung in the 1970, outlines on the wall of where once furniture stood. ....and all of this comes from the top down, when I went in to the office of the doctor, she was the nastiest woman. My husband and I laughed about it for the remainder of the afternoon, because it was comical how bad this place was and how rude the doctor was. She is getting her own yelp review. It wasn't my doctor's first choice, but I chose it for the location.

The Falmouth office is gross. The smell of mold hits you when you first step in. The doctor barely listened to what i explained to her. When all was said & done, we ended up having to pay for a visit that should have been completely covered because of an error THEY made.

I wrote a review first on the office see Boston Eye Care consultants, Falmouth for more of this…read moreexperience. Jane G. Schweitzer, MD are you kidding me. I've spent an unfortunate amount of times around doctors, from years at Walter Reed, to being the health care representative for a few seriously ill people. I know how it's done. My husband had what they thought was a mini stroke/TIA it was the second time this had happened. So we were investigating it further. He had been admitted for 2 days after the most recent and tests were preformed. We were brought into your examination room, an attendant gave the slightest wipe with a tiny pad to where my husband was going to be asked to put his chin, and lean his forehead. Doctor you entered the room, barely greeted us, pulled up the wrong chart, which I had to correct you on. BTW, if they reason you were hostile was because a spouse was in the room, check with your poorly trained staff, they, quoting my husband "they almost insisted you come in" (he had gone in first alone and was given drops, we, as Mr and Mrs were called as same) I mentioned that my son in CA had just called me saying he had some kind of dry eye that morning-and I told him to pick up some eye drops-this was meant with a blank stare. Odd I thought. My husband made some "breezy" comment, trying to lighten the air, something like well eye drops would be a good idea, I agreed. Your response-an icy stare. You checked my husbands eyes-twice. Then went on to explain TIAs. You detailed a TIA, while speaking down to the both of us. We're heard the descriptions in a far more caring way having just left a hospital, your "canned" description went on for about 10 minutes. By way of confirmation I said that a previous doctor had called it a TIA and you actually barked "what do you think I've been talking about for the last 30 minutes" We were shocked! Some observations/advice: ~Take an acting class, maybe it will teach you to act profession and caring. ~Your attitude will ruin your business, your staff is mirroring you. Clean it up. ~Get out of the business of people-you're burnt out. Maybe this profession interested you at one point, but clearly you hate your life.
