I can not rave enough about my massage therapist and owner, Sara. She has been an absolute blessing in my life. She is an Amazing massage therapist. She is extremely professional, has a wonderful disposition and bedside manner, and is an overall sweet, caring woman. She is genuinely happy for me when I feel better. I have had chronic pain for over 25 years and I have had many massages and Sara is, by far, the best. She is so extremely knowledgeable about the body and chronic pain that she can "read" what's going on without me telling her. The validation I recieve from her is healing in itself. I have worked with her for almost 2 years now and I am so much better for it. When I found her, I had been living with a new injury for almost 2 years - a ruptured disc in my lumber. I am a single Mom with an Autistic son, so I was unable to commit to surgery because of my responsibilites. She helped me keep going. My wife and I did massages at Cape Cod Wellness Works this past Tuesday. We both had a 90 minute session - This taught me the benefit of 90 min vs. 60 min. Way better those extra 30 minutes. My room was large and spacious; A very calming environment. My wife's room was smaller but she said she did not feel cramped and it was nice as well. Everyone was very professional We both had the Cannabis Infused oils - which seemed to help sooth things out. Virginia was my therapist - I told her to "beat me up" - she understood I wanted a really deep session. She gave it to me. I did say ouch a few times - but, she got out some very large serious knots in my muscles all over. My wife was very happy with her therapist as well (forgot name sorry). We will be going back to the Cape in June and in September - I am pretty sure we will return to Cape Cod Wellness Works during both of these future visits. read more

I had never had a massage before, so I was super reluctant. I did the new client special, a full body 75 minute massage (go big or go home, right?), with Sarah. I can't find another word other than "magical". First of all, the bed was the most comfortable place I have ever rested on. The room was beautiful, immaculate, and so incredibly serene. The music was perfect. She only spoke to me when she had to, no random chit chat. I never felt exposed or uncomfortable, like I thought I would. And lastly, she makes her own anti inflammatory oil/rub, and it helps so much when you have inflammation like I do! Cape cod massage is wonderful especially if you are so lucky to have John pells as your massage therapist. John is very professional and knowledge. John used a relaxing technique combined with a few of his special add-ons like cupping for my shoulder and myofascial work. His massage are both realxing and therapeutic. I appreciate how he really listens to what I mentioned about my problem areas and he made those areas a focus and found time to spend time on areas o didn't even know where a problem. Sarah was wonderful and caring for my daughter's first massage. She really took the time to make sure my daughter was not only comfortable but also understood what would be happening.
