The bikes are modern and well maintained. All shapes and sizes and sexes are spinning and sweating. It is crazy crowded between classes but because you can reserve a bike, you can get there a few minutes before class and avoid the mad crash between classes. A boutique feel but not stuffy, at all. New owner, Jay, is extremely helpful. Very unusual for a gym owner to provide helpful workout tips and techniques. The clientele of this gym is from all different ages and fitness levels. Very friendly and willing to help out if you need a spotter or have a question. Gym is kept really clean. Men's locker room is always clean and nice lockers to store your stuff in while you work out. WiFi has always been reliable for streaming music while I work out. Love the 24/7 access.

I attend CorePower yoga in Boston, and wasn't expecting to be able to get anything like than on the Cape. However, this studio is a hidden gem! The classes are a great length, heated slightly and very on par with what I look for in a Boston yoga class. That being said, I probably wouldn't have given this place 5 stars in Boston, but for the Cape it is definitely going to be my new yoga spot. The instructors really seem to know what they are doing, and the class was challenging, but could accommodate all levels.

I missed that deal but got the travelers special, 7 consecutive days for $45. I have gone for 4 days straight so far and am hoping to make it the next 3. This is an amazing deal and an amazing class. Gets packed on the weekends. The instructors are amazing. The facility itself is so clean, the shower is as clean as my shower at home. I am so glad I found this place 10 minutes from my new home.

The studio is super clean and the instructors are awesome. They give extremely detailed directions for each pose which makes it easy for a beginner to fully enjoy the class. It's an incredible workout and stretch, as well as meditation. My fiancé occasionally comes with me for his back and he always mentions how great he feels the next day. Highly recommended!
