Several more weeks went by and a supervisor called to see if they had finished the job. He proceeded to finish it for them but he used the wrong spline on the door and it came out the next day. Materials were delivered and placed in front of garage so car could not be driven. Also, there was an extra bundle of shingles and a bundle of ridge caps left after completion of job. Requested lien releases showing materials and labor had been paid for, but that seems to also be beyond their capabilities. Gentlemen that inspected job said we could keep extra bundles but we asked they be returned for credit so he took them. We then asked for credit for unopened, extra materials and they said that is not possible.

They sealed it and repaired it even they weren't responsible for it. We had heavy storms and rain that very night and it was sealed perfectly, no leak.
