Some are pretty upscale. It's super dog friendly. The Alter'd State store caught my eye the most bc there's three store front locations. On this side, I did see a Cheesecake Factory, Chinese Restaurant, boba shop, and gelato. If you drive to the other side they have an area of chain restaurants and other stores like Ross and Target. One other cute feature I saw was a dog fountain. Also two lit up photo opps lit up at night.

You will want to use care when exiting as some exits have blind spots for that inside lane. Cell phone repair, deli, ice cream, hair cutting, fitness, tax help and more including Il Primo Pizza & Wings and Jason's Deli. Parking is good with enough so that the tenants with more customers are a bit spread out. Good lighting but the landscaping can block some view from the street so be aware. There is easy entrance from Cape Coral from the west but from the east, you will be crossing three lanes of traffic. There is no easy way to get out and be headed west without a u-turn.
