It's Black Friday and Miromar Outlets IS the place to be! We rolled in around 8am, and they opened at 6am and the parking lot was 80% filled. WOW! This outlet has a vast variety of stores for women, men, kids, and plenty of snacks and restaurants. This outlet had many values. My favorite deal was at Kate Spade. Most items were 50% off! They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! They even have an island for turtles to play. See my photo of their playland. There must of been at least 50 small turtles. You can shop at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Bloomingdale's the Outlet Store, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Tommy Hilfiger, Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet, Kate Spade Outlet, Michael Kors, American Eagle Miromar Outlets, Outfitters, and many more. There are also a number of delicious dining destinations. I ate at Ford's Garage but other options include Your Way Tacos, Burritos, and Bowls, Wasabi Japanese Steak House, the Llama's House, Banh Mi Tea, and NFB Naples Flatbread along with a number of other places to get coffee, confections, and ice cream. The mall opened in 1999 but it looks brand new. Since it's opening it has tripled in size and welcomes 8 million visitors annually. Miromar Outlets is filled with attractive details and architecture. Down the center of the promenade is interesting water features and fountains, some with turtles and fish. The landscaping is colorful and well kept and there are multiple places to sit and rest. How had I never shopped at these outlets before? They are divine! We passed by here after finishing two games of bowling nearby. We still had a bit prior dinner, so we opted to kill time, and well, if shopping happened, well... all the better. They have a little bit of everything at these outlets. Restaurants, bars, even a Publix across the street. More importantly though, they have many places to shop for dirt cheap. Or at the very least for cheaper than usual. Prime example is a dress I bought at Guess for $50 when it was retailed to be more than twice that. Anyway, while you won't necessarily find department stores at this location, you won't be missing them. If you want to get higher-end goods, you have Coach, Michael Kors, and Kate Spade readily available to name a few haunts. Additionally, you have stores that tend to cater to the masses, such as American Eagle, H&M, J Crew, Levi's, and the list goes on and on. I honestly think you'd be hard pressed to not find something of your liking at these outlets. I think the only reason I didn't spend more was because we were on a time limit and I didn't get to hit all the stores. I shopped only at Guess and American Eagle sadly. There's a good variety of brands here: Nike, Lululemon, Coach, Michael Kors, Victoria's Secret, Clark's, Pandora, etc. Just like any outlet mall... prices are "outlet prices" - so discounts/ promos are primarily during holiday weekends, etc., but you'll find the prices are lower than if you went to the regular store. You can find some great pieces - if you take the time to look through the racks. Ex. Lululemon sports bras are about 50% off vs. what you pay at the regular store, but you just need to be patient to find your size. There's a Starbucks (warning it's always packed), so pick up your fave drink before you get to the mall. lol I do wish they had more food / restaurant options within the mall - hopefully in the future. read more

Malls are slowly becoming a thing of the past and I'm not a fan of outlets but Miromar is just right. First off, there is plenty of parking but do be advised that during the holidays it gets harder to find spots closer to the mall, so expect to walk a bit. There are decent stores here, I do a lot of shopping for my teenager here and size of the stores are just right. There are some surprisingly good restaurants in the mall. Stumbled across this place while in the area and thought I'd pop in. I only wanted to pop into one shop in particular, and they had exactly what I needed. Outlet stores aren't really outlets anymore - so only if you are lucky will you find deep discounts. The parking lot here is HUUUUUUGE - pro tip, park somewhere in the middle if you don't really have a need to shop at just one place. We've been Miromar Outlets many times and for some reason never wrote a review. After a heavy downpour, we stop by Miromar Outlets to do some shopping. It is good way to spend a restful Saturday afternoon! Miromar Outlets is located right off I-75 between Naples and Fort Myers on exit 123. This is an outdoor outlet structured with a cutoff inverted U layout. Ample parking is available surrounding the area. Working water fountains are spread out that add a little atmosphere instead Windows displaying merchandise. It is very clean and well laid out. There are number of restaurants like Ford's Garage, Naples Flat Breads, Go Greek, La Bamba, Llama House, Wasabi, Luna Pizza, Italian Kitchen, Le Macaron, Starbucks, Norman Love, Auntie Anne's, Churrico Factory, and others. Name brand stores like Bloomingdale's, Ann Taylor, American Eagle Outfitters, Aeropostale, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Coach, Cole Haan, Crocs, Greg Norman, Kate Spade New York, Nike, Converse, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour and more. It is not huge but offer a good variety here. On price, they are by no mean on a complete outlet price level. Many items were sold at market price but they do offer special deals and discounts. Today was a wonderful Saturday afternoon with sun shining at the water fountains and fresh breeze after a rainstorm. We didn't ever stop at Starbucks, but just going in one store after another! A bunch of stores I've never seen before and a few stores that I was hoping to see that were absent. However, this outlet mall is pretty easy to shop. Just find a parking space anywhere. Enter the mall. Turn either left or right. Now the hard part - focus on the stores on just one side and walk yourself in a big loop through the mall. Simple! I found a few shops including a couple of my regulars to shop at. No tremendous bargains but a few deals here and there. The mall was definitely hot today and the complete lack of vending machines was noticed. I did find the small cart selling ice cream and sodas. For $2, the cold water was helpful. Thanks, dude! Clothing stores like Old Navy, Abocrombie, Lily Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines. Many places to sit & rest with beautiful fountains throughout. They have fish & turtles. A good outlet mall with a variety of stores to shop. They are NOT enforcing the use of masks in stores. It's nice that it is in an open space but it can get very busy. So I can only review the New Balance outlet store. I was excited to see it because Dicks only carries their fashion lifestyle line but it offers no cushion or stability. So the store is clean, organized but don't expect help ,it is strictly self serve. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a "sit and fit" as I did not see a brannock and no one was sizing or fitting kids back to school shoes. Prices are good, about 30.00 less per pair than you would normally pay for the higher end of New Balance and it was a buy one get one 50 percent off. No disposable try socks of peds, just a bin of socks, not sure if they were clean , or used and tossed back, so I bought socks... Many of the boxes said second on it... I did not see obvious defects and shoes were comfy.... Paid 134.00 for an 860 stability running shoe...Check it out. Mine were only about 15.00 less than retail...Still happy because they are comfy out of the box, no break in , worth the price to me. read more

I have been to this outlet several time. I have not give them my review. This outlet probably the first one close to highway on the southern I-75. The Sawgrass Mills is at I-595 and technically not next to I-75. So this is the southern most Outlet Mall. Miromar Outlets basically is ourdoor walkways strip plaza type. The store I like include the Nike, Bloomingdale Outlet, Reebok, Adidas, Van Huesen, Bass. I found my waist belt, shoe and work long sleeve shirt here. Basically this outlet is like L shape.
