I must say that this location is one of the best facilities that I have ever been to. From the minute you walk in Cathy and Ruth at the front desk are welcoming you by name and are swiftly checking you in. They are proactive in making sure that all of your future appointments are in order and are happy to answer any questions you might have. The PT and PTA's always come and get from the waiting area right on time and are very concerned on your progress. I mainly worked with the PT Becca and her PT assistants Luis and David. They are laser focused on you and your treatment program, not only on the how to perform the exercises but the why you are doing them and educating you on what is happening to your body when you do them. I was extremely impressed by this as not all places do that, in fact very few. As I looked around the room it is how ALL the clinicians were I the same way. Extremely professional in a friendly atmosphere and I feel so much better, I couldn't ask for anything more and I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy at Cay West. I understand life happens and things come up and life happens, however I have had 6+ appointments that I waited 30+ minutes past my scheduled appointment. I do work and my time is just as valuable as theirs. It has cost me lost of income due to lack of punctuality from the practice. If the practice knows the Dr. is running 35+ minutes behind a cursory phone call or message should be mandatory. I suggest that instead of booking as many 15 minute appointments as you can that you would choose quality instead of quantity. I don't recommend this practice if you value yourself and your time.

Before scheduling, I confirmed with my insurance company that the facility was in-network for physical therapy. When I brought an outside PT referral, I was told the department only accepts referrals from its own physicians, so I scheduled an appointment and paid a copay solely to obtain the required referral. After following their instructions, I was then informed that the Physical Therapy department does not accept my insurance plan after all. Had I been told upfront that physician and physical therapy services have different insurance participation requirements--or been directed to verify coverage with billing--I could have avoided an unnecessary appointment, copay, and wasted time. What is most disappointing is the lack of acknowledgment or effort to resolve the issue. The problem isn't just the money; it's that patients deserve accurate information before being asked to schedule appointments and incur costs. I strongly encourage future patients to verify both physician and physical therapy coverage directly with the billing department before scheduling. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
