After the 3rd session they informed me of the mistake and that I owed the balanced. I was upset about it and they were not willing to budge on their mistake. I quit going there because of this. Before I left I asked if I owed anything else and they said no. 6 months later I got another invoice for more that was not covered by insurance. I tried to argue it but they go through a 3rd party for invoicing and office manager never reached out to discuss the issue.

This is NOT a place that just throws some ice on you and with a TENS unit and puts you on a table in the corner. They actively take part in your prevention and recovery. It's so easy to book an appointment. I often wait until the last minute so within a week is reasonable for sure. I love that they are playful and relaxed, it doesn't feel like a stale and sterile clinic atmosphere. At 71 I rank Physical Therapy Now as number 1 of the many many PT clinics I've bee through. My recent surgery was a serious torn muscle in in my left should with expect recovery of several mos. Now at the 3 month period I've had a better than expected recovery in such a short period of time. Release form rehab I'm extremely happy with my should. I have minimum pain with excellent arm movement. I credit my quick recovery to the awesome therapists at this clinic. Rob and Shelby my primaries and other dedicated employees helped me recover quickly . They stressed minimum pain exercises.
