She stated she was in TX and time change wanted to make sure I understood the time was noon EST and she screen shot the image of her schedule so I would see the time was indeed noon on the newly scheduled date. That date arrives. I am at the salon sitting in the waiting area at noon on the specified day, only to hear my phone ding. A text came in indicating my hair appointment time was moved and now scheduled at 1pm. Another appointment was taken over my scheduled time without even the courtesy of contacting me. I was not able to stay being as I had an appointment at 2:30 that took me 2 months to get. I left. Gina then tries to cover by texting me saying I had the time mixed up. Lie! I still had the original text she sent me showing me the schedule with my time being noon EST. I don't know if she took a walk in or moved my appointment without contacting me to see if I was available at a later time that day, which I was not, but this is rude and totally unacceptable. Try Josephine's or Head Hunters. They treat you with upmost respect and you'll find a decent and honest stylist.

I have never had a more negative experience with a salon. I started with my consultation, where the…read more"expert" stylist, Kayla, recommended the best hair to match my hair type. I mean the website even raves they provide "seamless, flexible, UNDETECTABLE, damage-free, and customized extension services. " So, of course I listen to the expert and get the hair recommended for me. I pay, $900 for the hair recommended for my hair type. In total after my $100 tip, I paid $1,400. Well, fast forward, the extensions don't match at all. Kayla, the expert tells me don't worry after a few washes the extensions will look more like my texture. I proceed to let her know that they don't match at all and it just looks terrible, her idea to help, she puts in another row. This doesn't help at all. At this point I'm so frustrated because the only remedy she's saying can help is a keratin treatment, but I love my natural hair pattern. So instead of offering a partial refund or any sort of refund because she told me this hair would match my hair she blocked me. How professional! So I stop by the salon because at this point she won't message me back and has blocked me. Where she tells me to make an appointment because she has another client. Even though, I can't because I've been blocked lol. So long story short, if you want to waste $1000 on hair, be gas lighted and blocked feel free to go here. Oh and it's crazy the amount of photoshop that she does to her photos. She sent me a photoshop picture of my hair after and I sent her one back of my hair just a couple of hours after I left her shop to show her how horrible it is. It's so embarrassing the comments people have made about how bad my extensions are.
