I cant say enough about how positive my experience here was! From the start, as you enter, you are greeted with beautiful brightness and a modern presentation of chandeliers and decor. The first thing I noticed was how clean and brilliant the floors and the stations looked. That is always extremely important to me. Not only the way it was designed and decorated, but the front desk worker was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about how our experience was when we left. The pedicure stations are by far the best chairs I've sat in that actually give you a good massage. I had Van for my nail technician, and his attention to detail was spot on as well as his ability to work deep enough inside of my foot when the time for the massage came. He nailed my French tip as well! I came here with two of my friends and each one of them was very satisfied with their experience. We have made it a monthly part of our schedule! read more

I have never been serviced as poorly as I was today. I asked for a mani/pedi using gel paint. He was in the biggest hurry. He cut my finger,dropped paint on my hand,cut nail too short . Then at the end when I paid I said I was not leaving a tip because of the poor hurried service I received. I paid. When I got to the car I looked at the receipt and a tip for 22.50 had been added to my bill without my approval. I did go back and the 22.50 was refunded. They acted like they didn't know they charged me a tip. All I can say is watch your receipt. I believe they take advantage of their customers. I will never return there again. When I called Anna the manager she never returned my call. Poor service all the way around. read more

I've been coming here for years. I've spent a lot of money at the salon. Some days they're good, most days they are rushing and don't care. They should take their time and give their repeat customers what they want instead of rushing to do as many people as possible in a day. read more

I've been going since they opened and some times I get good / great service but this last time did it for me! I received a gel manicure (first time) and by the 9th day it was peeling! I went in and showed them my nails and the woman manager said it only last 2 weeks! Ok it been a little over a week! She wouldn't do anything about it! They lost a long time customer! read more

0 STARS DOOO NOT GO HERE. Got a pedicure and literally was in the chair for 15 minutes. Missed half my toenail. Put lotion on leg and took it right off. Didn't even clean under our toes nails. They didn't even scrub our heels or ANYTHING! $70 for two pedicures for no service to be done other than a paint from my own polish. Brought our own colors and he proceeded to put a color that matched mine on my big toes and asked if that okay. I stated no, and literally told them I brought my own nail polish from the beginning of the service. Then got upset I didn't want to use their color like wtf. When we went to pay we tried to ask about why it was so expensive for the service that we got because the service we got was nonexistent. They weren't understanding what we were saying. Had a dip manicure today and the lady (who I've never had before) had an attitude from the start. She kept trying to upsell me as if I haven't been getting my nails done monthly for over 20 years. Then she did a horrible job on my nails and left them so sharp that I had to go home and file them. I wanted her to paint one toe that had chipped from my pedicure last week, but shocker, she was upselling that with an attitude saying I had to paint them all or cut them all, keep in mind it's just French so it's not about a color match. My daughter always has Steven and he's great, but I will definitely not be going back. I ended up not even fixing my toe since she was so unpleasant. There are way too many nail places for competition for someone to act that way. read more

The inside of this nail salon is trendy and seemed to be clean. I stopped there for a pedi (the mid level one for $30). I was done in about 35 mins. It was okay. It felt a little rushed and he didn't clean up any of my cuticles. When using the pumice stone he kinda rubbed my feet with it quickly and I had to ask him to spend time in a certain area. had a deluxe pedicure and was very unhappy. The technician didn't even smooth my heels or callouses with the pumice stone. He cut the skin around my toes to the point they were bleeding. it's been two weeks since my pedicure and my big toe on right foot is still sore. I did go back the next day and to their credit they had another technician fix my heels. they were reluctant to do it and the technician that fixed them was rude I think because I had complained. would not recommend or go back. read more

Gio did the Pedicure and was friendly and did a good job. had the deluxe with the eucalyptus scent. Ken did my full set of gel nails with design. He took his time and did an excellent job. my experience there was horrible. I went to get Acrylic off my toes and that was difficult for them to understand. They kept thinking I wanted a pedicure. Afterwards, they expected me to give them cash and they followed me like I was gonna walk out when I needed to wait in line for the card reader to pay the whole time. It really is about the girl that did my mani pedi. Lily. I chose the basic because it was my first time there. She copped an attitude at not being able to upsell eyebrow waxing. After sanding off dip that left huge dips in my nail surfaces, the application to replace was the worst. They wanted to start over with another tech but it was already over an hour and I could not stay (nor did I need to be traumatized any further that day!) Stopped back in following week and had a hasty attempt to redo, still a mess so asked for credit. David (manager) told me he would only give me a credit of $15.00 IF I removed my negative post...let it be know the charge for the initial service was $75 (overpriced) plus a guilt tip I left (my fault). NO way will I remove post, it is accurate and reflects the lack of quality of the business! read more

Julie was friendly talking and asking questions but not annoyingly so. I have been going to Anna at the Venice Salon located just next door to Aldi's. Anna is friendly and an excellent nail tech. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and she's one of the best nail techs I've ever had. She always has interesting idea's and while I've tried a few, I often fall back on the traditional pink/white acrylic nails. Anna does a wonderful job. I feel like the prices are a bit too high, but you get what you pay for. I only have to get fills about every 3-4 weeks, so once a month and the price makes sense. I also like the salon. I had two go back twice the paint on my toes didn't even last a single day. And when I went back I was treated rudely. I asked very politely and did the best I could to be as nice as possible and got far from that in return I was asked too leave before they were even close to dry. But I went back to get my acrylics professionally removed and instead of soaking them off.... the same lady ripped my natural nail off and at the end I cried, because of how pain it was.
