Since I have a "Latin" skin tone, the makeup made my face look too pale or "white". The eyelashes were overly large, and the colors should have complemented my skin tone instead of making me look completely different. I was very disappointed. I had an event in New York and couldn't go out looking like a total mess. I had to remove all the makeup and apply a lighter look at home. It was a waste of my money and time. Lindsey listened to me intently, When I told her about the past experiences I had at other salons, she asked me for a picture to get an idea of what I like. She trimmed very little off my ends and blended the short with the long layers to remove the step from my last haircut.
