I arrived at my appointment to find a handwritten note on the door which simply said "Closed due to weather." I received no phone call that morning and there's been no contact from them since. Way to lose a client! This was the third strike. I found a new salon.

I contacted the office about the snafu repeatedly, each time being informed they would have someone take care of it.
