What I received was completely different. My hair was cut with extremely short, choppy layers that removed a significant amount of thickness. The ends were over-thinned, leaving my hair looking uneven, shaggy, and nothing like the full, blended look I asked for. It honestly feels like I lost a large portion of my hair. This was not a minor miscommunication--it was a drastic and irreversible change that does not reflect the reference photos I provided or the condition my hair was in before. What's even more concerning is that the stylist acknowledged during the appointment that the result was not what she expected and admitted fault.
