When I expressed my concerns, I was told that no stylist in this salon could properly correct the work and was offered an $85 refund to go fix it somewhere else. I declined, because it's not about the money - it's about professionalism, integrity, and delivering what the client asks for. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Here I am able to do my cut, style, and dye job. I was so happy with Zuly's work. She is a bit of a resident red expert. I am so happy that I sat in her chair last week. She was very bubbly and even accommodated my last minute request for a blow out (something you have to add at the time of your booking-which I didn't know.) The salon is ala carte, which is helpful to understand when booking. I got a quick consult with the Curly cut expert, and I will be back for that next month along with a gloss, because Zuly told me it would make my color last longer. The salon is on the 7th floor and you have to check-in at the front desk before you use the elevators. The process is simple.
