We pulled in to their garage and we were met by a group of a very helpful crew. They quickly and gladly fixed our tire and we were on our way in 10-15 minutes. Alan goes the extra mile for every customer with a well trained crew. He is on a first name basis with many of his returning customers and always greets you with a smile. If you have other mechanical issues, he also owns the Midas shop a few kms up Kingsway that does brakes, exhaust, and other major repairs. I've never been so demeaned for being a woman. I called back for a refund after the refused to service me. Meanwhile Richard the owner sat in my car and googled codes he wasn't able to fix. The issue? My mechanic told me later that the tube they replaced in April was leaking, and that's what they refused to fix due to what I believe is incompetence. I called the following day for a refund and Allan told me to come in again and I said I didn't trust their work after coming in and waiting. Allan was extremely rude and dismissive after my long wait to an empty shop. If you aren't in an emergency, or a woman, AVOID this place. They add things to the bill without asking (my initial visit I was charged $100 for coolant I didn't want). Reported to BBB. Awful service. After a lack of info and waiting without answer, I towed my car. The new and trusted mechanic said the coolant leaked and needed a new hose. No one at Jiffy lube answered basic questions and in fact couldn't even find the leak! An appointment to fix the issue never happened. The owner, Richard, spent an entire hour sitting in my car Googling basic diagnostic codes on his personal cell phone. He did not know how to fix the issue, yet I was still charged [Insert amount if you want]. Falsely claiming we scheduled a follow-up is an attempt to cover up a complete lack of basic expertise and a rip-off. Future customers beware.

I visited Integra Tire to have my winter tires fitted back in November, I usually use another…read morebusiness but I had left it late and they were fully booked out. Not having a second set of rims this service required the summer tires being removed from the rims and the winters fitted in their place. Upon first impression I was happy with the service (despite the actual cost being $30 higher than I was quoted), my winters were fitted and my summers were bagged in the back of my car. I took those tires home, put them straight in my garage and there they have sat until last week when I went back to my usual shop to have them re-fitted ready for the summer. I dropped my car off and my usual shop called me to tell me there was a hole in the sidewall of one of the tires, upon asking them what could have caused this damaged they told me it was in line with damage that can be caused when removing low profile tires from a set of rims. Before I accused Integra of this I did ask my usual shop if one of his techs could have potentially caused the damage, he said they had not even got my wheels off my car and they noticed this damage while laying out the tires. I could verify that my wheels had not been removed due to the dirt and grime build up on my wheels that had not been disturbed. I have a family friend who also runs a tire shop (several hours away so not practical to use them) and sent him photos of the damage and he also confirmed it was in line with a tire being removed from the rim. Upon challenging Brian about this damaged he has lied to me several times, he claimed that there is no way the damage could have been caused during a tire change (two separate reputable businesses have claimed otherwise). He also downplayed and lied to me about the remaining tire life, he tried to tell me that the tire tread depth is only 5/32. The tread depth is 7/32 as per the photo below. Lesson learned for me to check the tires in future before leaving a business, unfortunately I hoped that as one of Integra's business mottos was 'experience integraty' this would not be necessary. Clearly they are lacking the integrity to own up and fix their mistakes. Brian did offer to pay for half of a new tire, but this really doesn't cut it given the life left in the tires and inconvenience caused by him and his team. Avoid this place, try and find a business that has the integrity to care for your vehicle properly.
