My daughter has insanely thick hair so the sheer weight of it as well as the Length (down her full back) can be very daunting for many hairdressers as any curl or body is pulled out. But with my daughter as well as myself as I have similar length just not as thick, she was able to have our hair looking healthy and bouncing when we left. She is also very kind and wants to have you leave us a happy customer. For me as a woman, it's very important to get a good hairdresser and I don't bounce in between them. She knows how to cut curly hair and this is a true art. She is also beyond reasonable with her prices. Rest assured that you be in capable hands if you choose to come here.

But other than that... the girl that cut my hair, clearly don't know what face shaping and layering is. Disappointing. They also contacted me to offer a refund or to fix the hair but never truly made it happen. I will not recommend this place. Even to my worst enemy. I do not write bad reviews usually. But this is outrageous.

($30 for a trim is really good.) I couldn't get into my normal salon because of schedule issues, so I called here. The bad: I asked for half an inch off, and she cut close to 1.5 because she decided she should. She didn't tell me that this was the case until she was done. I'm very frustrated by this since I told her that I was trying to grow my hair long and I only wanted 'as little as possible' cut off. Afterwards she told me some people just couldn't grow their hair long because of breakage. I appreciate the feedback but I really hate that she cut it shorter than I wanted without asking. I recognize that stylists feel like they know best and can do whatever they want to people's hair, but this is *my* hair. I said half an inch. I was very clear about it. I can't recommend because of this and I won't go back because of this, sorry.

It's been a little over a week since my review. I am extremely angry over this cut. He kept asking…read moreme - so all one length? And I kept saying no. At one point as I was standing in the middle of the salon, I told him no, no, no three times in a row and stared at him. I told him how long I wanted it, with the same cut, just tidying up the ends. My hair was about 1" below my rib cage, layered with lots of natural curl, and of course I have pictures. Now I have all one length, no layers, length is now at my armpit, and my natural curl is virtually gone I am absolutely livid. All these years growing out the length to show off my natural curls and it's all gone. Stay the hell away from this place. If you're the manager, you need to contact me now. The one star apparently is required, but not deserved.

I wasn't prepared for the unprofessional behaviour of staff, apathetic work of the stylist and attitude.
