If customer service is important to you in a business and doing what's in your best interest don't use this insurance agent. My insurance policy was up for renewal and I received a letter from Shana insurance notifying me that Safeco was dropping them and they would not be able to to write policies for safeco any longer. I called Shana insurance to inquire why this happened. One of the representatives told me they would figure out how to get new coverage for me with new insurance company and they would get some quotes. They had my email and my phone number. I never received a quote so I called again and they told me we are working on your quotes we will get back to you. Well on April 29 i called representative and let her know my policy was going to expire that same day and that she never called or emailed me with info to get new policy with different insurance company. Then she says well you could probably get different Safeco insurance agent and transfer your insurance to them since we were removed from writing Safeco policies. Now this after I called numerous times on different days and would always be told call you write back with your quote or what we can do for you. Well guess what that never happened they would simply lie. Now it gets better because insurance was cancelled and I called Safeco insurance direct and they told me we can't reinstate you any longer. They told me why didn't your agent help you by letting you know you could have just switched Safeco agents and it would have not cancelled. I told them yes they told after almost a month the day it cancelled. They waited till it cancelled to finally inform me how to keep my policy. Now I'm going to have to pay more money out of my pocket for new policy because Shana basically didn't do it's job and could care less about this situation. Like I said before if you want an agent that is going to look out for your best interest I would not recommend Shana insurance. read more

We had a horrible experience with this company. For months we tried to get them to change our rate as there was false information reported, we even spoke to the owner. No one ever called us back. They acted like it was no big deal we were paying huindreds of dollars more than we should have. Finally we changed companies and the new company fixed it in one minute. They are terrible!
