I received my check on last Thursday 4/30/26 but the date on the check was 4/21/26. I receive fedx 2 days tracking number on 4/28/26. I wonder why my check was not sent the date that was on the check. I took the check to chase, their bank and COULD NOT CASH due to it was over $2,500. I went out of town and back today Monday 5/4 went to my bank Wells Fargo complete transaction. I could NOT complete because Wells Fargo has flagged Your Attorney checks "IT MAY NOT BE PAID". I have been talking with Christoper and he overheard with the teller said. Christoper called the CFO because they were not aware. So I asked if I could get my money zelle, answer no. It could be wired but I HAVE TO SEND THIS CHECK BACK in order for them to wire which would take another 5 to 10 days. When I can just write VOID on the check and mail back but still get my wire. I was so humiliated at the bank. After 3 years I still have to wait. YOUR ATTORNEY OFFICE GOT THEIR MONEY with no stipulations to be deposited or cash from my insurance company.

Back in June, I was rear ended by a State Farm (SF) insuree who admitted to "putting on her shoes…read morewhile driving/approaching a red light". I have dash cam footage and a police report. When I dropped my car off at the mechanic, I requested only OEM parts for repairs as my car is only 4 years old, low mileage, and in great condition. State Farm refused to cover repairs with OEM parts and instead would only cover aftermarket and/or "reconditioned" parts. All I wanted is for my car to be returned to its pre-existing condition, which doesn't include aftermarket parts. The State Farm manager I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and had an attitude from the beginning. Aside from her attitude, she said they would not pay for OEM parts and that aftermarket is the same quality as OEM (lie). The mechanic even told me that they have had so many issues with aftermarket not fitting properly. The SF manager said I was made whole when State Farm admitted fault and agreed to pay for repairs with aftermarket parts - that it was my personal decision to have repairs made with OEM. Granted, I'm not a SF customer, but if they treated me this way, they will treat their customers this way. Now, I am liable for the cost difference because they wouldn't cover repairs to my car in full using OEM parts to get my car back to its pre-existing condition before their person got me. And throughout all of this, neither the driver nor SF has apologized.

Communication has been very poor, and despite multiple emails, I have not received clear updates or explanations about the status of the case or what is causing the delays. What has been most frustrating is being told previously that payment could be completed once the estate paperwork was received, only to later be told there are still negotiations happening without any detailed explanation. As a family dealing with the loss of a loved one and funeral expenses, the lack of transparency and responsiveness has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I understand legal matters can take time, but clients deserve timely communication, professionalism, and honest updates. I would not recommend this firm.
