I personally bought a vehicle, advertised and announced, to have a 6.2 LSX engine. After I loaded it and got it home it has a 6.0. I got in contact with the auction and had many conversations. Bought a 2011 Ford F450 4x4 Flatbed with the 6.7L Diesel. (the good one) The condition report said that the truck was in great shape and that there were no mechanical issues. The truck had 57k. miles. The Post Sale Inspection also said the truck was perfect. I drove the truck back to Denver the engine blew 30 miles from home. Turns out the truck had an aftermarket turbo and tune. Worse, the truck had no emissions system whatsoever. The Auction knew this and said nothing. The Manager, Ty, told me to piss up a rope. It cost me over $20k. to get this truck roadworthy and legal. I would avoid this place like the plague. They are not honest or trustworthy and sooner or later you will be burned. read more

I have been working here for 3 Fridays now doing the top block clerk job. I like it and enjoy it. Sometimes the auctioneers are hard to understand but nothing to bad. Still a good place to work for. read more

DEALERS BEWARE...Condition Report was listed with no damage listed. Terry in arbitration was kind enough to call me back and tell me that it is auto generated and was for "pictures only". WHOLE car has clear coat peeling and rear bumper was smashed. Car was listed as "Green Light". I had a hell of a time getting a carrier to even pick up the car so I was past the "10 day" arbitration timeline anyway. Even so, Terry told me it wasn't arbitrable even if it was done on time. They basically told me to get bent. Staff was nice, Terry was nice up until I told him I was going to write a review to warn others then he got a little mouthy. I have no hard feelings but I do want to warn other dealers that this is a small town style auction that you can't buy cars from on OVE with confidence. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY ON MANHEIM OR OVE without actually going to look at the cars first. This place is not set up to sell cars remotely and know what your actually getting. read more
