Our 2018 ram 3500 diesel has been at Walker since March 1, 2023, 23 days now and has yet to be…read morefixed. They are to replace the front seal of the timing cover because it was leaking oil which I was told two days ago that the seal was almost finished. It also has a severe antifreeze leak approximately a gallon every day and half. The service dept said the cause of the antifreeze leak is still unknown and would be evaluated more once the seal is fixed. I have been told by the service Department that they only have one technician. and it sounds like he is overwhelmed and only able to work on the truck at intervals. We were provided a rental car two days ago however we need a truck and was told they don't provide a truck. this has left us in severe hardship.

An update: Still have yet to hear from Hurricane Chevrolet but I took my car to a dealer in…read morePennsylvania who showed me their schedule and said it was unlikely they would have time to look at it before the twelfth but they would try. I got a phone call yesterday saying they had fixed my car! There was a bunch of air in the clutch line which means the people at Hurricane Chevrolet did not bleed the clutch once they put it back together. It took this dealership in Pennsylvania less than twenty-four hours to look at my car and fix the problem, much quicker than Hurricane Chevrolet, and it was a problem caused by the Hurricane dealership. Do not take your car to Hurricane Chevrolet, unless you want a half-ass job that will result in the problem being prolonged.

My daughter called yesterday at 3:00, they said it will be ready by the time you get here. When she got there...Oh, your car is not ready, we are having trouble bleeding the clutch. Are you kidding me? My daughter had to get a ride from a friend to get there and still no car. GM Reps where are you? This place doesn't deserve to have Chevrolet associated with their name!
