And he is as honest a repair technician as you will ever find. We have had reason to have Paul do warranty work on a Wolf range hood as well as non warranty work on a Bosch dishwasher, Wolf range and other appliances. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He has fixed each of the problems we have presented to him quickly and completely. In one case he doesn't work on the brand of refrigerator that was causing me problems. But he took a look anyway while he was here, told me that he didn't think it needed a technician but that there were a few things I could do myself. He was 100% right. I did what he said and the problem was gone. He also alerted us to a somewhat silent recall on one of our appliances, and it was a problem we had but didn't know could be fixed (we thought that it was annoying but must be how it's supposed to work).
