We have had reason to have Paul do warranty work on a Wolf range hood as well as non warranty work on a Bosch dishwasher, Wolf range and other appliances. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. But he took a look anyway while he was here, told me that he didn't think it needed a technician but that there were a few things I could do myself. He was 100% right. He also alerted us to a somewhat silent recall on one of our appliances, and it was a problem we had but didn't know could be fixed (we thought that it was annoying but must be how it's supposed to work).
