We have had reason to have Paul do warranty work on a Wolf range hood as well as non warranty work on a Bosch dishwasher, Wolf range and other appliances. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. But he took a look anyway while he was here, told me that he didn't think it needed a technician but that there were a few things I could do myself. He was 100% right. He also alerted us to a somewhat silent recall on one of our appliances, and it was a problem we had but didn't know could be fixed (we thought that it was annoying but must be how it's supposed to work). Well, we contacted the manufacturer and sure enough, they were willing to replace the parts for free! Paul just completed the work and it's an amazing difference.
