I visited this spot with a few friends and we tried a medium difficulty escape room, the island…read moreescape themed one. The process to book the experience was fast and easy, everything was done online. Once we arrived, we found good parking right away although it seems like it could get pretty crowded very quickly. The reception are was well decorated with all of the rooms and activities they had and what they consisted of so I was intrigued reading while waiting. Almost immediately the host took us across the street to where the rooms are and she was very helpful and informative! Although I cannot remember her name unfortunately, she helped us a lot through the escape. Unfortunately we did not beat the game, but we now have an idea of what to choose from, which level works best for us, the number of rooms and how big they are, etc. In the end we got stickers and our picture taken... it was a pretty fun night. The price was a bit high in my opinion given that there was only one room for 1 hr (we paid a little over $33 per person) but then again I haven't been to an escape room in years so I am not entirely sure what the current average prices are. Went through the game instructions in detail and was very patient with us. Laughed at all our jokes - in all honesty he was fantastic. Now, as for me other than getting scared at some point, I think this was a fun activity and when I come back to Louisville, I will definitely be coming back again. There are no ramps and the entrance and we had to lift our family member to get inside. It was pouring rain when we got there and the walkway had cracks, pieces missing in the sidewalk. It was uneven which flooded to where the water covered your shoes that would be unsafe for able bodied people. We came to the escape room for entertainment. After contacting manger, she was very unconcerned and had no empathy. Little did we know the escape was from your building.

They have rooms that are large enough for groups from 2 to 6 people and rooms for 2 to 10 people. The puzzles were tricky, some quite difficult, but a lot of fun to solve. Kristen was our game master and she did a great job. She was full of energy and got us hyped up before we went in. There were items in the room that you could tell people had been a bit rough with, but overall the place was well kept, clean, and fully functional. Also, and importantly, the restroom was clean. We definitely intend to go back and try their other rooms.

Prior to this, we have done escape rooms at three other locations. This was hands down our favorite! We chose the Train Ro themed one and between the two of us we solved it with only one hint! Clues are straight forward and there are not a bunch of false rabbit holes to fall down. It is located in the basement, and the above area is used for events, so you may here some sound from above but it did not reduce the quality of the game. We did the zombie apocalypse room which was fun and challenging. My favorite part was the theatrics that were used to start our adventure. There's a review of what to do and not do and then the story begins! Once you enter the escape room, you'll have 60 minutes to get out! Hints are available if needed, but try to solve yourself first. Be gentle with the props and enjoy the vibrant energy they have created. Accessibility considerations: One step to enter the house, a few other higher curbs. Room effects may cause issues for people with sensory sensitivity, ask before entering. You'll need to be able to hear and read - if low vision/blind or hearing loss/deaf, mention it up front.
