The roof looked very nice but I noticed that the gutter guard on the old gutter was missing. I wouldn't have cared but the gutter guard was 6 months old. When I called and asked where the gutter guard was, without prompting I was told that it would be replaced at no charge which I thought was very nice. Except that it never was. i called a few months later just to ask when they would replace it and was treated to a very condescending description of how much their "reputation and honesty" meant to them and they'd do what they originally promised. Seven months and three phone conversations later I gave up and paid to have a gutter guard installed. Maybe they do great work. However, I think they're talk about "reputation and honesty" is just that, all talk. I would not hire them to roof a chicken coop. By the way, my ceilings are still wet and I picked up roofing nails all summer.
