After the job was finished i inquired about it and it took them multiple attempts to send me a working link. Once i was able to open the link there was no video and there were pictures missing specifically of the plywood install. Come to find out they only replaced 4 plywood boards when they charged me for full plywood replacement. They later credited my account for the missing plywood but only after i brought it up and went back and forth with them multiple times. Also the cleanup job was not good. The cleanup person spent 5 minutes running a magnet in the yard and then spent 45 minutes sitting in the driveway. After the job i ran my magnet and found a couple handfuls of nails in the yard along with one in my tractor tire. Also the dumpster was left in my driveway for 3 days. Hopes this helps someone.

Very friendly admin on phone, she made me feel comfortable as this is "what they do in the off season", roof repairs. Well, "Rick" came right out, climbed up into my crawl space attic (not an easy feat) took a few pix, assessed the situation and identified the problem immediately. He not only advised me what the issue was but made a short term fix (For Free) that he said would last several months or more if I decided not to go with the long term solution at this time. Long story short,…read more Last year in October (2022), we had water damage in our bathroom from a corroded pipe. The leak not only damaged our bathroom but caused our ceiling on the first floor to collapse which destroyed our family room. We called our insurance (Madison Mutual) and Falso Plumbing immediately. Falso, couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from so we called up Mr. Rooter of North Syracuse. Once Mr. Rooter fixed the issue, they recommended calling Servpro. Servpro worked with our insurance to resolve the situation in two phases. Phase one was Mitigation and Phase two was Reconstruction. After mitigation was over, Matthew Woiler from ServPro stepped in to guide us through the reconstruction process. He kept us updated, informed and kept our best interest in mind when searching for materials. Matt made numerous trips to Home Depot, Lowe's for us and even made changes to products we didn't like. Once the materials, supplies were finalized we were introduced to Draper's Roofing and Remodeling. These guys had a positive attitude everyday and were professional in their workmanship. When I stopped home during the day to check the progress I noticed spare rib bones in the driveway and in the grass. When I went back after the dumpster was gone there was still a couple bones in the grass. I went to mow the lawn and there were about 15 thick plastic clamps that were left in the grass by the side of my garage. I came very close to mowing over them. There were about 10 more in my backyard by my pool, which I again almost mowed over. About 10 pavers that outline my front landscaping were knocked out of place and not put back and a ceramic planter was moved and not put back in place either. I sent in pictures and received a phone call. I was informed that my dumpster was denied because there was a recliner in it. I was told that my neighbor had one in his front yard across the street. I went over to ask him about it and he said one of the workers actually helped him put it in. He then showed me his ring camera footage which backed up what he said. I called back and was told that their workers know to not do that. In the meantime I found several nails in the back yard. I mentioned it during that call and was told that someone would come out and take a look all around the house. The gentleman that showed up spent all of 2 minutes, if that, and looked around the front of my house but never even went into the back yard.
