Got my windows tinted before my inspection somewhere else so I needed someone to talk it off without me having to sit in a waiting room. They did it with ease. It was so convenient I paid for them to come put a lighter tint back on. After awhile, I didn't like it, so I paid them to come take it off and put darker tint on...again because of the convenience. This time the job was terrible. The guy replaced two but ran out of tint to fix the back window and said Richard would call back. He didn't, so I texted him on March 12, it's April 14 and no reply. This is what I get for being lazy and cheap. I'm going to a professional shop to have some other things done and the tint will be part of it. Took my deposit after scheduling online. Never communicated, never showed up, never answered calls or texts.

I found this business through Yelp and decided to request a quote. The owner contacted me back right away. The price was right and scheduling seemed easy, as we did it through our communication here on yelp. Unfortunately I was stood up. I sat at home and waited a total of about three hours for Richard to arrive. My appointment time came and went and I heard nothing. I sent Richard a text message which he replied to after about an additional half hour of waiting. He explained that the first appointment ran over and he could be at my house an hour and a half later. Things happen so I said okay. That appointment time came and went. Finally I got a text message saying that he was here. He wasn't. I sent another message asking where he was. He totally ghosted at that point. It was so bizarre, especially considering all of the good reviews that were on yelp. read more

This person ruined my back wind shield with his tint installation. Specifically, he ripped off the defroster lines and the interior lining which is now costing me $1,250 to replace. To top it off, all the tint is coming off from every window on the car. As a response he offered to come look at my car. I sent him photos of the damage and again he wants to come to my house rather than refunding the damages - he won't even pay back the tint price which was never correctly installed. Very incompetent, generally unprofessional, and costs 10 times his fee to fix his damage. Stay away at all costs unless you have money to burn. read more
