This business got back to me around 830pm at night which was immediately after I submitted my info to yelp. They gave me a very fair price. I agreed without even shopping around because he took the time to contact me when he was probably at home relaxing at 8pm at night. Parwiz said he could be at my house 1030am the next morning I agreed. He showed up on time. Did the work in a timely fast manner and it looks fantastic. I would recommend him over anyone. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. They were the quickest to respond and by far offered the best rate. They came within an hour of my initial inquiry and completed the work at my house so I didn't even have to go anywhere. More than anything, I want to praise them for going above and beyond in their service. When the lift gate wouldn't open, the technician took the time to Google what could be wrong and after trying many things, finally found a misplaced fuse. He definitely did not have to do this and could have told me to take it to a body shop to fix the gate before they could repair the window but instead he got the job done himself and saved me a ton of time and money. This has been a stressful situation so I am deeply grateful for how much ease they were able to provide. read more

Unfortunately, this company lacks customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 9AM. After waiting 30 minutes and not hearing anything from the company I reached out at 9:35 and asked if they were close. I got a one word response, "Yes". Again, at 9:47 I texted and asked how far out they were, of which they responded "15 minutes". Again, I waited and heard nothing. At 10:37, (1hr 40 minutes after scheduled time) I had only received 2 two texts (3 words) from the company, which were only the result of my asking where they were. At this point I let them know I had to take off, and can't wait any longer. They responded at this point they were here. As I was getting in my car, the employee said it would only take a few minutes, I explained I had to go. I followed up with a text saying sorry, but there should have been better communication. The employee replied with what I took as a snarky text, that began with "Anyway, Sorry about traffic, I can't fly" I wasn't asking them to fly, but I did look up traffic in my area which all was moving well. I am sure the employee was using some sort of map to get to my location, and if at any point it was showing they were going to be almost 2 hours late, then they should have relayed this and not waisted my time as I get paid by the hour too. read more

Friendly and fast service. I needed two windows fixed asap after being robbed and they came to my house the next day. I miscommunicated which rear window I needed but they kindly went and picked it up for me so that they could finish the service the same day, which I really appreciated. Job was done in less than an hour and they are extremely reasonable with prices - the best I saw after shopping around. Only giving 4 stars because one of the windows is the wrong tint color, which could have been noticed/clarified prior to instillation. read more

This service was one of the first times that I used Yelps recommendation features, skeptical at first of course. After entering where my problem with my vehicle, which was my quarter window. I was quickly responded to by 3 people, Advance Auto Glass was one of the three that reached out without hesitation. We immediately went over the issue in short conversation before mentioning pricing. The cost was great and inexpensive, however when asked the question came of my home address for the repair I was uncomfortable with giving my home address so I requested to meet outside of my personal address to a public location where I felt most comfortable and without hesitation or pestering for my address after I gave a more comfortable location he agreed to meet. We set a time originally for Saturday 9am morning, and the pervious Friday I messaged him on the phone # given to me within our previous Yelp messages. The response time was always a quick response within a 10 minute time frame. I reached to confirm my appointment for Saturday, and instead of just saying "okay, Ill see you then" because he had availability in his schedule that day he said to me "would you like to meet today instead?" I said "sure!" because I also had availability. We quickly set a new time frame to meet around 5pm on Friday. 5pm arrives and he does drive in a Truck with the windows and tools inside, so I was a little hesitant about meeting a random man with a big truck... However when he came out the Truck, he greeted me kindly and shook my hand, and immediately got to assess my window. We talked about the size and type of vehicle I had before so he was able to bring the exact window needed with him for my repair. There wasn't much conversation, but hey I respect a person who's about their money and here to work on the repair that was talked about. He didn't have any unnecessary, inappropriate, uncomfortable discussion, straight to business. Not only that but he did a phenomenal service!! My window was fixed within a 30 minute time frame with no problem or funny business to my car. After he finished he was able to take multiple forms of payment Zelle, Cashapp and Cash but preferred Zelle as the payment method rather than CashApp. I'm sure if that was your only option, he'd be willing to negotiate or work with you on that. 10/10 service and would recommend for someone else because I'm not the type to write any review but this was the only request he made of me.
