I would stay here again. Yes it's dated, but it's $35! It's clean, beds are comfortable, pillows are comfortable., sheets and towels are nice and clean, flat screen t.v, frodge, microwave. OMG, what a find. My son and I came across this Motel after driving from Salt Lake City (had to checkout of a name Brand Hotel in Salt Lake City due to lack of cleanliness. I'll spare you the details but you would not have slept in that filthy bed). I called and spoke to Trish in regards to availability and prices. I was amazed by the price, $35 a king/queen bed and $45 for two full/queen size beds. Embarrassingly, i had to ask if the room and beds were clean, given what we had just experienced. I would normally never ask. Why would I, you expect a clean room. Not sure what Trish thought, but she assured me that all rooms and beds were clean as she took pride in seeing to this. We checked in. The first thing my son did was to inspect the room and the bed, It was all clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. the Room was well proportioned, it had all the amenities you need, such as a flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs to eat, and best of all, very clean. The Price, O.M.G., 1980's prices. A great find. The Motel had a classic look and feel, it brought back old memories when I was young, well at least 40 years younger, and travelled with my family. beautiful memories, nostalgia can be a gem, just ponder it. I believe that Trish and Perry are the owners. They are very nice and genuine. Great Hospitality. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I would %100 percent stay here when traveling through Utah (Fillmore, Utah). it makes for a good place to rest if driving to Yellowstone, as we did, or visiting the beautiful places in Utah. Trust me when I say this, DO NOT THINK THAT THE PRICE IS INDICATIVE OF THE QUALITY OF THE MOTEL. STAY HERE AND YOU WILL SAVE MONEY FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S REST. DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Stayed there Sept. 12/13 2018 and were skeptical because of the low price but were surprised. It is definitely dated but everything was very clean and quiet..comes with microwave and refrigerator and modern t.v. capabilities and wi fi....lots of hot water and good water pressure and management super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. read more

We stayed here during Filmore UTV jamboree. For the money I would recommend it. It's clean and close to everywhere you needed to go. A family owned hotel and very pleasant. We would stay here again. No maids to clean everyday though. But for the price it's okey. read more

Worst motel I've ever stayed in. It's old and has never been updated. We got caught in a bad snow storm and this was the last room in town. It was only $27 for the night and the guy that runs it is super nice. But the carpet was beyond disgusting they put rugs over big holes in the carpet and it's super dirty. Mold in the shower, bathroom window. Heater didn't work well and we froze. They should raise the price a little and fix things. New carpet should be first on the list! read more

Phil Robinson has owed this Motel for more than 20 years. He recently was able to sell it to a guy named Perry, for $400,000 dollars. Phil was so glad to have been able to sell the Motel, as he was somewhat burned out due to all the stress it was putting on him. SO he went around talking to the residents here, and telling us how good of a guy he was, even his wife.. Also told us that Perry had alot of money and would be able to fix things right away. Phil also talked about how wonderful he was, and how this was going to be a good thing for our Motel. And then more he talked about Perry and his wife, the more GOOD things were said. REALLY?? It was JUST too good to be true. And it wasn't. Phil lied to all of us about everything concerning Perry. And I do mean everything. And about 6 months before the Motel was sold, he was starting to LIE more often, and make excuses about when he can fix things or do the things that we needed. He would tell us one thing, and then the next time, would tell us that he didn't say that. And as time went on, we realized that everything he said to us was a total lie. None of it was true. He was no longer the Phil that we once knew? Totally changed in every way, and just up and told the Motel and freaking left it to Perry and ran away. And he never came back again. And the TRUTH is: Perry just doesn't care. He doesn't care about us or even fixing things, or even talking to us or anyone. If a problem pops up, his answer to YOU is this: That is not my problem, so you can take care of it yourself. He won't deal with the bad people here, or the druggies here. He just won't. It doesn't matter WHAT we say or ask for? He just doesn't care. And it is sad that over the last 3 months, we have figured out everything concerning him. And no of it was good. Nothing good at all. It has now gotten to the point to where we see no need to rent from him or even live here. I can't believe that Phil just up and lied, and none of it was true. Perry is not a good guy. I would tell you exactly WHAT he is, but I don't think that I can say those words here? We are leaving soon, and we will not be back, mainly due to Perry and the way he has treated us. It is just no longer worth it. IF I were YOU, I would not even rent from him at all, and find another place here in Fillmore, and just overlook this business. This is so sad, but al of this is true. I give this motel 2 stars because it is the cheapest room I've ever found ($27+tax) however it is exactly what you would expect for super cheap. The sink in the bathroom hadn't even been cleaned. The sheets look like they've been washed and the room is spacious with a table, refrigerator, microwave & really nice TV, as well as free wifi (didn't use so don't know how good the wifi is). So if you want a super cheap bed, possibly for you but you may only stay here once as will I and you may want to bring some cleaning supplies. I'll be giving this one a pass next time I come through Filmore. read more

I was so happy to find an inexpensive room; I had no problems with any of the features of my room. The location was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. Of course, I have loved Motel 6 most of my life -- especially when the rooms actually did cost $6 at Motel 6 ! read more

Good value for the price...Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a great place to stay off the Intersate. I will become a regular customer now that I have found this gem of a motel ! read more
