We tried to sleep through it. Finally at 3:00 am I requested the staff try to intervene. They told me that they had banged on the door several times already and the occupant would not answer(probably couldn't hear over the music). The staff would not call the police. They offered to move us to another room, but what good does that do when you have to get up and on the road in a few hours? We would have been even more awake at that point. Cache Valley Electric had a bunch of workers staying there and we confirmed it was one of their employees that ruined our evening. Even though the staff was accommodating, they didn't seem to want to do everything they could to get the noise to stop. I assume this hotel has a contract with Cache Valley Electric for workers that are out in the area and they did not want to involve the police for this reason. I won't stay here again.

I'll spare you the details but you would not have slept in that filthy bed). I called and spoke to Trish in regards to availability and prices. I was amazed by the price, $35 a king/queen bed and $45 for two full/queen size beds. Embarrassingly, i had to ask if the room and beds were clean, given what we had just experienced. I would normally never ask. Why would I, you expect a clean room. Not sure what Trish thought, but she assured me that all rooms and beds were clean as she took pride in seeing to this. We checked in. The first thing my son did was to inspect the room and the bed, It was all clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. the Room was well proportioned, it had all the amenities you need, such as a flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs to eat, and best of all, very clean. The Price, O.M.G., 1980's prices. A great find. The Motel had a classic look and feel, it brought back old memories when I was young, well at least 40 years younger, and travelled with my family. beautiful memories, nostalgia can be a gem, just ponder it. I believe that Trish and Perry are the owners. They are very nice and genuine. Great Hospitality. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I would %100 percent stay here when traveling through Utah (Fillmore, Utah). it makes for a good place to rest if driving to Yellowstone, as we did, or visiting the beautiful places in Utah. It hasn't been renovated in decades, had rubbish weatherstripping so it wasn't very warm and the box springs were stained and torn. Went to return our key after our stay but there was literally nobody at the desk (which was unlocked for anyone to let themselves into a room) in the morning so I hid it for them to find safe. They're lucky Fillmore is a sleepy town or theyd be robbed. Shameful.

Room was dusty and had cobwebs in the corners, but we were exhausted so we ignored the shabby conditions. Upon further inspection of the room we came across a large spider near the bed- again, we ignored it (can't blame them for one spider, right?) Getting ready to settle in, hair was found on both pillowcases- again, this was ignored due to dangerous road conditions. However, after I attempted to turn the pillowcases inside out, a spider crawled out from underneath the sheet. We were in the motel for all of 15 minutes. When I inquired about a refund the young lady at the front desk did not know how. I offered to stop in on the way home as not to keep either one of us up longer than need be. When I returned, her father (the owner) immediately treated me like I was trying to rob them and accused me of "trashing the room" (we did not remake the bed after the spider was found). He absolutely berated me and acted as if I was a street walker who used the room for dirty deeds. When I went to get my husband he changed his attitude immediately and issued an apology. I however received no such niceties and we were still not given a refund. I have never been spoken to like that in my life I was absolutely shocked by the lack of customer service. If you don't mind creepy crawlies, dusty rooms, sharing unwashed bedding with the previous guest, and being treated like a hooker- this place is for you. Shameful.

We decided to stay for another night; caught a trout and came back to find out they prepared a grill and butter/lemon/plates etc for us, and we didn't even ask for anything. I don't know if we're even coming back to Utah, but if we are, we are definitely staying here.
