This morning I contacted Capital Towing LLC in Harlington, TX to tow my Jeep to a local dealership…read morealso in Weslaco TX as I was in a horrible mess.  They sent me an invoice (upfront) and I paid my bill for services as they charge in advance which I thought was strange but I trusted them.  I was in contact with the business by phone and driver by phone and text message. We spoke over the phone and messaged several times.  I waited for the driver at the entrance.  There is a $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot.  I never saw the driver or flatbed tow truck.  I repeat, I was in contact with the driver by phone and text message multiple times. I called the company when the driver failed to show up and they claim they cancelled the tow because of the $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot. I waited at the gate and would have paid the $2.00 or re-embursed the driver the $2.00. I certainly was not going to make a huge deal for 2 bucks. But I never saw a flatbed tow truck and they never called me even though we spoke previously several times.  I had to call the company and they told me they cancelled the tow and my $169.95 charge was non-refundable.  I explained I never saw the driver and was at the gate watching for him.  They basically said "too bad" and he's already been rerouted for a different pickup.  I even texted with the driver but then my calls wouldn't go through.  I assume he blocked me.  Understand, I was not rude. They claim its over the $2.00 charge to enter the parking lot I would have definitely paid and was there to pay. It's not right to charge for a service you don't preform and refuse to refund the clients money. I trusted them in good faith to preform a service I paid for in its entirety upfront. They cancelled the agreement, (not me) and refused to credit me back my money claiming they there is a "no refund" policy. I'd never consider using these scumbags in the future under any circumstance. ADDITIONAL INFO: I called another local towing company (Steel Towing) and they were there within 20 minutes. He charged me after the Jeep was delivered to the Jeep service dept before he unloaded. He sent a pic of the Jeep on his truck and another when dropped off at the dealership. And the final charge was considerably less. FANTASTIC SERVICE.

They made sure I was safe and took great care in my car. Rather then risking break off a pin head where the thread was gone they towed it for me in their flat bed to where I wanted it repaired. They showed up shortly after being notified by my roadside assistance. If I needed a tow I would use them again.

A-pro Tow.....lol A-pro at LYING. So Iv got some splaining…read moreto do. I parked ILLEGALLY across from wing stop on spi AND YES IM AT FAULT AND I KNOW THIS and I usually don't park in dumb places but I was being a dumbsht and parked there anyway because there was literally no places to park at wing stop. So I'm at wing stop to pick up some food And was there maybe 15 mins TOPS so after I get the food I go outside and see that they moved my car out of the spot it was in with the ROLLIE ROLLIE ROLLIE things that they use to move cars. So my car was out of the spot and at this point they still had to A. Push the car a little-bit more to fill the gap between my car and the trucks tow head to be able to lift it, OR B. to Back up the truck, Witch at the time I got there had not been done Yet AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A DROP FEE of 157 and well it wasn't even attached to the truck to be dropped. And I didn't know at the time that I could have just left LEAGALLY because the law states that even if a car is hooked up and not fully ready to go you can claim it without a drop fee and my car wasn't even touching the tow truck in any way and was fully still on the ground . WITCH reminds me, I called to get a refund because they were in the WRONG and the owner told me that the guy who charged me told him it was all Hooked up and ready to go Witch is complete BS. I had even called before the owner Was there, and the guy who charged me (the tow truck operator) witch I suspect that him and the owner are the same person answered the phone and flatout knew my car wasn't even hooked up to the truck and made some bs excuse and told me to wait and call Back when the owner arrived around 2pm (BTW they were somewhat polite and the tow truck operators son seemed like a nice kid, and he was helping him move my car). Anyway back to the topic I was told by the owner The best he could do is refund me $65 bucks out of the 157 I paid so I took it and unfortunately I'm still not happy and I may make a complaint against the company on some Texas website. But I don't know it depends if I get over this or not I'll think about it lots of bs to deal with. but yes it's complete BS and IF they did really have my car all hooked up and ready to go WITCH THEY DIDNT I would have just paid the fee WITHOUT COMPLAINING but that's not what happened. (Also let me say Dmn they were fast to find the car ??how?? and move it so props to them) but the job was incomplete and I had a right and I feel like I was practically robbed of my money and my time.
