We have several vehicles--spanning both our family and our business--registered under this company's accounts. A year ago, I bought new tires, and they failed to tighten the lug nuts on one of them. It was a terrible experience. This week, we brought in a daycare van, and the exact same thing happened. The worst part is that they refuse to admit their mistakes and insist that it's your fault.

Was trying to cheap it out and bought a set of four good used Firestones , quoted me a price ,…read moreinstalled them then I go to pay then come the add ins tire disposal $20 taxes $15 , ok three days later my truck rear TPMS reads 101 lbs , I take it back they break down the tire and say it's broke not there fault , can you replace the TPMS , No we don't have the machine to activate it, , fine 3 days later I come out in the morning right front tire is flat , , I fill it get it back there ,he says I,ll replace it with a different brand tire , I said no way , just sell me a new set ok,I over pay because I'm fed up , I leave the car overnight I said I want a new TPMS in that rim I,ll pay for it he says ok , we agree on a price he credits most of what I've paid him ,, I go to pick up the car here come the add a fees again , and they didn't fix or replace the TPMS , I leave upset the tire pressures all all over the place brand new tires and there 15 lb difference in some of the tires I go home and fix it myself i wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires at this point , I will never go back ever ,

Anyhow, Pueblo tried to charge my mother-in-law almost $1100 for 2 tires and an alignment on a minivan. The tires were $125 a piece mind you...because he 'thought' she was a Winter Texan. Her son had to get involved to get her money back. If you have money to burn then go ahead, but the people at this place are a bunch of douches who will try and take advantage of you if they think there is an opportunity.

It was early in the morning, and they had a coffee machine in the side room with no coffee, and garbage around that area. TV in waiting room, and a round table to sit at. They rotated and balanced my tires for $50. I asked that the tires all be filled to 35 psi. I noticed after getting home that the tires all looked flat, and they were at 30 psi. So I still need to go back and have them top off my tires. Low tires can probably do damage just as much as overinflated tires can do.
